Pros:

The price was reasonable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice climate control. Decent water pressure. I liked having so many wall outlets. I also appreciated the availability of a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors. I heard a couple arguing above me, and also what sounded like rowdy kids thumping around up there.

Wouldn’t stay here I was giving red roof a chance again but the red roof franchise is just horrible I’m sticking to what

The people next to me was a couple fighting and management I believed banned them immediately because of physical altercations

Cons:

There was energy drink cans in trees. I booked a queen bed and got a full. Drug deals and crazy people in the parking lot. Truly ghetto. I left immediately. The bathtub/shower was so slippery I couldn’t even use it. It also said fully decorated kitchen with pans bowls plates yeh none of that was there just a small stove.

The location was great, nearby everything. Pet friendly.

Cons:

The room was clearly sloppily redone. The floor covered an old drain leaving a dip in the main walkway (in a handicap room btw). The main door did not shut properly, it had to be slammed and lifted at the same time until the latch would catch to close. It was so unsafe. The bathroom door was installed backwards, you had to enter the bathroom, walk behind the door, just to turn the lights on. Fan also did not work.
