Overall we had good experience.
Pros:

Superb breakfast. They have both continent and authentic food

Cons:

Location was bit tricky. We need to take taxi to get into the temple. Walking can be bit tedious.

Good thing is they provide free taxi service but you cannot guarante they are available all the time.

Cleanliness and politeness of staff.

Cons:

Room rent too high and not allowed to stay 24 hours. Check out fixed at 1.00 p.m. is not justified. Those who check in at 10 p.m also has to check out at 1 pm next day, after paying full day rent. It is unjustified. Restaurant food is too costly.

Good place close to temple hospitable staff

Cons:

Hotel charged me full day Tariff for 3 hrs early check inn. I have been requesting from 30 days after booking didn't confirm just a day before check in they called and asked to pay full day Tariff. I had to check in on 21st at 8.00 AM b. Hotel staff called on 20th and asked me to pay in advance for 20th check in as they were not willing to give early check in on 21st. I had to pay

Great stay at Guruvayur
Pros:

Clean, Spacious , courteous and motivated personnel. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Guruvayur.

Cons:

Road works near the entrance and exit does not make it convienient to approach property.
