Some of the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly.

Yes overall I liked the property ..this is so far one of the cleanliest hotel o stayed so far In Guruvayur

Cons:

The bed linen and toilet towels felt as though they had been washed together with the rugs. Although the towels were white, they appeared visibly stained and brownish, even though they seemed to have been washed. I also experienced itching after using the bed.

On the positive side, the reception area, room, and walkways were clean and well maintained.

Pros:

The Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional with varieties of options.

Cons:

The shuttle service was not that impressing had to wait long after the temple Darshanam.
