Room was clean and the location is very apt for the temple goers and just next to the railway station for easy commute. Moreover they have shuttle service to temple whenever you want thats really nice

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't that receptive, and he has informed on check in that the check out would be next day 1 pm . This not the first time I am staying in such a hotel.

Very satisfying
Pros:

The room was very good, the location and also the free drop to the temple was most welcome.

Cons:

Only scope for improvement is the wood in the bathroom was slightly bleeding its color.

The location is away from the temple, but they have frequent drop and pick up to the temple.
The restaurant, the facilities and the staff are good, but the reception interaction was poor for a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

The receptionist who checked us in was good, but other reception staff were very cold and unwelcoming. A smile, eye contact and following a 15:5 rule is essential for hospitality

Very comfortable stay for a westerner like me
Pros:

The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. The hotel gives a sense of luxury. The restaurant was lovely and food was very tasty.

A 10 min rickshaw ride to the temple which costs us 500rupees.
