Good Place to stay
Pros:

Kanthaloor is beautiful. The resort is small but serene. The rooms are quite small and the beds are also small. but the resort is calm and peaceful. Food can be improved

Would visit again with pleasure!
Pros:

We enjoyed so much our stay! Staff was extremely friendly, food super delicious and place is very quiet with a lot of fresh air and amazing mountain view. In the mornings birds are singing, at the evening you can enjoy campfire and delicious dinner. We took a jeep tour to look around and that was a great journey. Highly recommended! All that you need to relax from working routine with your family or loved ones!

Comfortable stay at very good location
Pros:

Staff is very helpful, always there to serve you. Breakfast buffet was good. Food was always on time.

Cons:

Plumbing/Ceramics could be better. And room size could be better....

Escape from the sizzling hot weather of Kerala during the summer season.
Pros:

We have booked two HUs but since it wasn't peak season they have upgraded us to a two BR apartment. The resort is on the uphill so the view is magnificent especially during the rainy season. Really enjoyed the cool weather of the evening and morning. Nice to go for a stroll when the sun is down. Neat and clean towels were provided. Not much things to do nearby but can relax and enjoy the weather.

Suggestions:
Better to have couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes.

Hot water was not available in one of the bathroom but since there was a guest/spare bathroom with hot water we have used it.

Hotel Manager Rejin, and the House Keeping staff made our stay more memorable..... Excellent.

Breakfast was super, homely food. They have paid special attention to us, Great Staff, Great Location,

Cons:

A kettle and tea making facility to be arranged in the rooms. A mirror to be fixed in the bathroom as well.
