Pros:

Rooms were clean and big in size. Reception & Restaurant staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

Parking spaces are a bit small for a big size SUV.

Vlean, good loc, but bad restaurant
Pros:

Location, cleanliness

Cons:

Poorly designed restaurant in the 1st floor. Barely any space to move around, no space to stand in front of the buffet.

Slow room service. Playing cheap by switching of aircon in the reception area, shofting laundry and supplies through main reception area instead of service area. Super expensive at 6K for a suite.

Pros:

Charging point they have both square and round points. Living room is spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom is not clean. In the description there they mentioned they have sofa bed in the living room but there was only a small sofa and when enquired about it the staff was rude. The blanket they gave was torn also.

Good place to stay but have your food options outside since the hotel will not work out!
Pros:

The breakfast is limited and fine for the day but would have preferred a better spread for the cost paid towards the rooms. The dinner and lunch options are limited as well since South Indian options are limited as well. So overall food is average but the rest were ok.

Cons:

Food, rooms were fine but it looked like it was an old building renovated but still there are areas where renovation has been ignored. The lifts smell like it is hardly used. We had to go out for dinner since the options were not enough and the breakfast options were less which did not justify the price paid.
