There was no hot water. Also we requested someone to come to the room to pick up the luggage and it took a long time....

Great staff, pool needs a clean
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was a good size and central location. The food was also good.

Cons:

The pool needs cleaning as the water was extremely cloudy and could make people very sick.

Ok but could be better
Pros:

It is one of the better hotels located very close to the temple. There is a walk of 10 minutes to get to the hotel but thats reasonable. Located very close to the railway station from what I could see. The staff was friendly and helpful- They served with a smile.

Cons:

The kettle in the room was not working and when I asked a replacement I was given a kettle that was not very clean at the bottom. Then I gave up on the idea as I had to head out. The bath towels had holes in them and looked worn out although cleaned. Since I was not there for too long it was ok. But the building looks new and there is a great potential to make it top notch and writing this review only for them to pay attention. The location while it is close is not in the main temple road and is slightly off but if you are walking in a group it should be ok

Pros:

Excellent front desk service! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Highly appreciated!

Cons:

I had requested a hair dryer, but unfortunately, it was never provided. Also, while checking out, I asked for assistance with my luggage, but no one came to help. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest requests.

Less value for money, away from temple ,less maintained and less cared management
Pros:

Nothing was good at all

Cons:

We booked family suit, the bed covers are stained and not clean, AC was leaking and corroded l, accessories were of cheap quality, temple is far away from hotel, need an auto-rickshaw. Overall less value for money paid. Not at all safe to go with kids because the balcony doors doesn't have locks.

Vlean, good loc, but bad restaurant
Pros:

Location, cleanliness

Cons:

Poorly designed restaurant in the 1st floor. Barely any space to move around, no space to stand in front of the buffet.

Slow room service. Playing cheap by switching of aircon in the reception area, shofting laundry and supplies through main reception area instead of service area. Super expensive at 6K for a suite.
