Really appreciated the friendly staff and how clean the property was!
Pros:

Convenient location and very clean! Friendly accommodating staff too!

Cons:

The hotel rooms- though updated- lacked all typical travel toiletries, except for shampoo/conditioner/body wash. A coffee maker would have also been a great touch.

If you can handle hard beds and stiff pillows you will love it there.

The towels were full of hair. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I was not able to sleep during my stay.

Hotel is operated and definitely not worth the cost
Pros:

The Hotel was clean and very modern and updated. Staff was overall friendly. Location was easy to find and surrounded by many restaurants and stores.

Cons:

There was no complimentary breakfast. Our room was never cleaned . We asked to have it cleaned and it was not done. The front desk person stated well we have 87 check out so ill put you on the list fir a refresh but wouldn't guarantee it would be done. There was nothing in the room telling us we needed to call to have our room cleaned. Online it staed every 2 days it would be cleaned.We had to keep asking for towels. We had a huge stack of dirty towels that were never picked up and our trash was overflowing . Not impressed with the room cleaning at all. Honestly we will never stay at this hotel again.

Coming back in October. Not sure yet if we'll stay at the same place.
Pros:

Disappointed that the pool was not open.

Cons:

No free breakfast. Did purchase a snack (Tots) and there was no cheese on it as indicated. Brought it back to room and wasn't worth the effort to take it back.

Quick stay with at a great stopping point.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Clean and modern with a classy vibe. The food was a bit slow since there was only one person cooking, however he was managing well.

Peaceful, quiet, welcoming it was a lovely stay. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Convenient to shopping the freeway and good restaurants the staff was remarkable and hospitality. The rooms were clean, pleasant and very quiet. It was a restful stay of six nights.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to enjoy a Jacuzzi

Pros:

The property and rooms were very beautiful. The room setup was great and the decor was very nice. I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I got into the hotel and room.

Cons:

I paid $155 but breakfast was not included as it was with the other hotels at this price. However, I chose your hotel because of the name and what I thought the experience would be. Also, the hotel and rooms were very pretty and updated. However, the bed was so hard we barely slept. The air conditioner was so loud. It made click sounds every time it was about to turn on and then would ran loudly. This happened constantly through the night. Was not a warm night either, in the 50’s. The shower is open (only half glass) and the valve to turn on and adjust temp is on the opposite side of the shower head, so every time you have to adjust the temp, you had to step out of the water into the open door and freeze your butt off. Overall, for the amount of money I paid, it was a highly disappointing experience.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to appointment the next day.
