The location is good and the place looks fine
I've stayed in this property two times before and it was pretty decent. But this time it was super uncomfortable. Everything looks fine from the outside but in reality: the mattress was super soft, so we were rolling in the middle, it was very bouncy and the most horrible was that it was making a loud awful sound even from the little movement. The AC was making an irritating loud noise so we couldn't use it while sleeping, and remote control was not working.
Staff was not helpful at all as well. There were no towels in the room, they didn't bring it even after we asked and we had to go again and take it after 1 hour. We asked to change the room but they said they don't have fresh laundry to move us...
There were rats or mouses or whoever it can be inside the walls or inbetween the floors, which were making annoying scratching sounds for the half of the night...
This was all really unsatisfying experience and we couldn't get normal uninterrupted sleep at all.
Wardrobe also make an awful sound while you opening the doors.
In general it feels like noone is taking care of the facilities inside the rooms. The property looks good only from the outside.
Dirty unhygienic rooms not even worth paying 500 rs per day. Stinky n dirty toilets. Smelly bathrooms and bedrooms were stinking of cigarette smoke. Bedsheets were of burnt cigarette marks and dirty
The property was good, but not as expected, and staff made us to wait for 2 hrs to get confirmed, still we book from a office site called booking.com
Nothing to be honest
The worst experience we had. We reached at the property the caretaker was sleeping and we had to request him couple of times to show us the room . And then after showing the room which was worst than public toilet when we objected about the hygiene he was like it is what it is take it or leave it at 3 AM . Literally sh*T show place .

The owner of the property cancelled our booking once we reached the place and asked us to leave for no reason. Very rude owner and staff. He cancelled our booking and told us he is getting better rates than what we locked it for. How can anyone cancel the booking without any reason. It must also be noted that we are legal counsels and we have decided to initiate a consumer case against both the owner and booking.com! Honest reviews must be known to the customers so that they do not book below par properties. If this remains the attitude of the local Goans, definitely they are going to be broke in the next few coming months. No wonder people are choosing other destinations over Goa.
This was the worst experience ever and everyone must know that.
P.s: We will be initiating strict legal action against the owner of this hopeless property!

There is no power back up in the property… power was not there in night … it came late … there should be inverter or generator…
Credit card should be allowed for payment
Swimming pool should be cleaned
Non veg should be there in restaurant
Rooms are not maintained properly for example colour has been washed out
