I did not stay because the hotel did not respond to phone
Pros:

I did not stay in the hotel and I had informed booking.com regarding that. I want my money back

Cons:

The phone number given was not working. No one picked up the phone and the address also looked fake. I complained this to Italy customer care of booking.com .How can you allow suck postings on your website?
