Pros:

Location and connection to all local facilities. Mammiyoor Temple is very close, and local transportation is easy to access

Cons:

cleaning facilities, and the bed is not comfortable, a cockroach was in the room, and I have photos, no room service and no proper housekeeping service

Cons:

The bedsheets are not good and bathroom amenities are not provided also bath towel is very bad.. it’s far from Guruvayur temple so compared to nearest hotels the room rate is high

Room was clean and decent size.

Cons:

Wifi was not working when we landed. Hotwater was not even lukewarm, they had iron bars in the bathroom which was rusted.at times water stopped.

Overall it is good. Value for money
Pros:

Very neat and clean room. Very calm place

Cons:

The maintainance is not good. I informed about one complaint and went outside morning and came back at night. But it was not taken care. The complaint was balcony door was not closing. Then the food is not sufficient there. Only very few.
