Pros:

Traffic noise = LOUD. Lack of hot food choice. Airing was too loud fo either cooling or warming.

Clean rooms, loved that there were streaming options in the TV. The breakfast was nice but not the best (not complaining though). The staff was friendly and prompt to help with issues.

Pros:

I attempted to check in with a reservation. Was told no rooms were available despite having a reservation. Went on Expedia booked a room. Provided Expedia reservation number and was immediately provided a room.

I get to the room to find that it had not been cleaned and the beds were not made or changed.

Convenient Location
Pros:

It was a convenient location to all our friends and family in north Indy. It was close to the wedding venue. The exit was convenient for getting on I65. The hotel was next to restaurants, shopping and gas.

Nice newer hotel! The lady at the front desk was a little frazzled but friendly (had just started her shift and wasn’t settled in/ready). Rooms were very clean including bathrooms. Yay for no mildew/mold in the shower! The beds were not the most comfortable I’ve stayed on in a hotel but were not awful for 1 night either. If you are a light sleeper, there is some sound from neighboring rooms, as I could hear the toilet flush next door in the middle of the night & the TV in one of my neighbors rooms. Noise doesn’t bother me much. As a single female, I had originally booked a hotel near a Costco about 15 mins away but coming off the highway and then going to the original hotel, I decided I felt unsure about my safety or leaving my vehicle which was full of camping gear. I worked with Expedia to cancel and then found that the Whitestown area was much nicer and I didn’t have any worries about safety.
