nada. horroroso. já tinha ficado aqui quando era o hotel fenix e nunca tive problema antes. hospedavam meu pet sem problema algum.

não pude me hospedar porque não aceitaram meu pet. sendo que não há qualquer menção a porte de pet para hospedagem. meu pet tem porte médio, e nem consideraram aceitar a hospedagem mesmo que eu estivesse em uma viagem longo de mais de 12 horas de carro. falta de respeito. especifiquem o porte dos pet na descrição ou aceitem os hospedes que estão chegando.
