Além das expectativas!
Pros:

É um luxo!!! Tudo muito arrumado, limpo e muitoooo bonito. Ar condicionado na sala, nos quartos, 2 banheiros. Todo o ambiente instagramável. Funcionários muito cordiais, em especial Estela e Ivan - fantásticos!!!!

Cons:

De ter q agendar a limpeza todo dia e n poder agendar já p toda a estadia. Teve um dia q esqueci e o apto ficou sujo. Mesma coisa p usar a jacuzzi. Tb é difícil falar c eles pro WhatsApp, tentei combinar umas coisas antes de ir e n obtive resposta.

Não gosto do sistema que eles adotam em relação ao café da manhã, que é servido apenas no apartamento, porém algumas coisas como os ovos mexidos, carnes e outros, eu não como, porque não parece ser feito no hotel, mas sim fornecido por terceirizados, então não sei a qualidade, hora que foi feito, etc. Outra coisa, minha filha ficou do dia 3 para 4/1 e me cobraram 850 a mais pelo hóspede adicional, depois ela que iria ficar em Salvador, resolveu ficar no hotel com a gente do dia 4 para 5/1, segundo atendentes o nosso quarto que era luxo e não luxo superior estava cerca de 1350 nesse dia, mas me cobraram os mesmos 850, mas em tese, deveriam cobrar 1350 divido por 2.

Boa localização, vista para a lagoa e apartamento confortável e amplo.

Cons:

As vagas de estacionamento são pequenas. Carro grande não consegue ficar na área segura do hotel. Como no meu caso o carro dormiu na rua.
