We will be back please keep the prices reasonable as they are now.
Pros:

Property was clean and well maintained. I noted that they did some work on the floor in the elevator and it was done expertly within 24 hours. I noticed that it was done in off hours and did not inconvenience anyone.

Good stay overall
Pros:

After not realizing we missed check in, the digital key optional was pretty cool! The app made everything simple. No issues and stay was good!

Cons:

Not having an after hours representative to speak to. We wanted to do late check out, but would had needed to wait until 9am. Our tour was at 930am. It would have been nice to choose late check out on the app or call after hours to ensure we could have late check out.

Disappointed and I’ve stayed here several times.
Pros:

I like have the kitchen

Cons:

There were no pots and pans or any big mixing or casserole containers.. I brought food with me that I had to take back. There were a lot of extended stay young guys in 70% of the rooms and were loud and blared loud base music til 3-4am

Cons:

Room wasn't properly cleaned. There was food in the fridge from previous guests. There was no TP and it took 2 phone calls and 40 minutes to get it

I was there for a funeral and this was perfect.
Pros:

Everything was great!! I never saw any breakfast but I was never up that early. This will be my first choice if need be in the future. Thank you for a great stay!!

More than a hotel room
Pros:

I liked how it looked like a little apartment. I didn't really need 2 beds, but it was very comfortable.

I wish these apartments were in Dayton Ohio. I visit there every year and would love to stay in one there.

Cons:

The bathtub was very slippery for taking a shower and had no hold bars.


This was not the fault of the hotel, but the person/people in the next room were very loud. It sounded like they were trying to come through the wall. They kept hitting or throwing things. It got a little frightening at one point.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to move around the premises while feeling at ease.
Pros:

I liked that it was near Target to buy any last minute essentials. It was clean and I felt safe.

Great stay in a great area, very clean and comfortable, especially perfect for multiple-night stay.
Pros:

Good area. I was able to walk to Target and everything was a quick drive away. I liked how there was a dishwasher, fridge, and laundry room. Perfect for a multiple-night stay.

Cons:

The toilet was not working as expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Just a little bit annoying. I just didn’t have time to mention it to the staff but if I did I bet they would fix it right away!
