Pros:

I grew up near this property wnd watched it fall into didsrepair until it was abandoned and derelict.

I have family a few minutes way and they told me wbout the renovations. They gutt3d the building and rebuilt it from the studs out. Our room was very comfortable and clean. They are still working on the lobby, but it is really n8ce now.

For golfers, you can see the course from some of the rooms!

All in all, a n8ce quiet place to stay. Not far from dining and shopping.

Pros:

I guess you get what you pay for. Property tries to make it feel modern but cheesy decor, fake plastic plants, fake marble sheeting, etc. An older property that tried to spruce it up but failed in the design and decor. I didn’t feel clean in the room though it was probably ok.

Quirky but clean and excellent customer service
Pros:

This was a surprisingly solid stay. I will state the obvious upfront: The vibe of the place is super weird, like there was a discount at a craft store and the owner bought every golf-related item and attached it to the walls. (There is literally astroterf on every pillar, a faux flower filled stairwell, and every piece of “art” is golf-themed.) I was not expecting much, but I was so pleasantly surprised!!

The customer service was excellent (front desk was so kind and helpful, even late night), the premises were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet (on a random Monday at least). Parking was easy, I felt safe as a solo traveler, and there were a number of unexpectedly nice finishes in the shower and bathroom. The building is definitely old, but obviously well-kept with inconsistent renovations (nice lobby and new carpet but fire door paint is peeling and possibly older than me?). The decor is like golfers Disneyland, a blistering green and orange-yellow palette incredibly committed to a theme, but I had a lovely stay and would book again if I am in the are. It wasn’t fancy but much nicer than I expected for the price. Perfectly function for a short stay. Thanks, Golfers Inn!

Pros:

It was obvious there were not many staying here. We saw one person came in
Wevwere early but i thought a room would be clean, nope not a one!!! I wenr to the restroom while waiting, NO toilet paper. So i had to fine the one person working to ask for some.
We had to ask for towels.
Next day when we arrived back after 6pm, our room was not cleaned. I had to go ask for towels again!!

We will not stay here again!!

Pros:

The decor was kitschy and interesting. There was ample parking. The location was quiet and felt safe. The hotel has a foul odor, like a musty basement, in the hallway and rooms. We also had a cockroach in our room. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t horrible. The front desk staff was pleasant. It was an OK stay.

Okay Overnight with Potential
Pros:

Hotel was okay. Getting in and out wasn't bad, but position of cars at front make sight distance limited. Check in was easy and allowed us into room a little early with no issue. Room was cold, but easily adjusted A/C for comfort. You can tell they try to clean, but it isn't done well. Don't know if it was paint or something else dripped on windows between sections of hallway, but it is worrisome. TV had attempted to be cleaned, but you could see the wipe marks so it looked dirty. Towels smelled like they stayed in washer too long and got mildewy. Floor didn't seem as clean as I would expect for hard floors. Little areas of damage throughout just showed lack of detail that would raise the level of quality up to the next level. Curtains were hung strangely so that you couldn't pull both layers across the span of windows - limited privacy (thank goodness it was second floor). Bathroom small with little space to put towels/clothes - hooks would help here. Mirror was top of the line though with defroster. It was just inconsistent where money and time were put into design and maintenance. More consistent, high standard cleaning and addressing maintenance issues would increase the value for the dollar.
