Nice hotel , very well located, clean and good breakfast.

Nice breakfast buffet came with my booking. the staff in all cases was helpful. One dinner through room service was also very good. Prices are higher than many other places, but this was probably the nicest place I have stayed at in India, although I do not stay in lots of nice places!

CHEATER ON BEHALF OF BREAKFAST. A WAS GIVING ORDER OF BREAKFAST IN MY ROOM , THE ROOM SERVICE SAID THAT YOUR BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTRY AND HAVE THE SAME AT BUFFET. I TOOK THE BREAKFAT AT BUFFET. AFTER 1 HOUR THEY ASKED TO SIGN THE BREAKFAFT BILL OF BUFFET OF SINGLE PERSON i.e. 900+gst.
IF MY BREAKFAST WAS NOT COMPLIMENTERY , I WAS ALREADY ORDERING FOR BREAKFAST IN MY ROOM OF MY OWN CHOICE. CHEATERS

We did not have breakfast, but the facilities were good .
There were some issue in toilet which was fixed quickly .
Rest were all very good .
Would love to stay again .

The bathroom door could not be locked and there was no shower gel in the tubes. We had to complain and than they changed our room.

Great location, very clean, good service overall. The beds were comfy and staff was very polite. amit and rohit was so humble and helpfull.

The hotel is very spacious as are the rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to get food until late at night in the restaurant. The service was very good, staff is professional and polite. Mr. Rohit Upgraded us in higher room for free, such a gentlemen and impressive personality .

This is an incredible hotel and you definitely get the five star treatment from front office team, specially Mr. Rohit. He is absolutely mind-blowing with his level of hospitality. Our room was beautiful and large and we very much felt it was a luxury experience. We ate in the restro one night which was incredible and would definitely recommend. Thank You for the care.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. all the staff are cordial and have good behavior , which made even more memorable. Special thanks to Mr Rohit, He shared detailed insights about the city and nearby attractions, along with fascinating stories about the city’s history and culture. His knowledge and storytelling added so much depth to our visit and truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Bareilly with a touch of local expertise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Mr Rohit, (Mr. manager) made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was delighted by the complimentary coffee.
The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed, from plush bedding to luxurious toiletries. The view from the window was breathtaking, and it really added to the overall experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. First I was unhappy with the noise of music at hotel premises, I wanted to fire everything, then I met Mr Rohit , he apologized and made me understand the actual situation. Just for my comfort, he slow down the music and it's bass.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of Hospitality By Mr Rohit, it seems he supposed to be with top brand, excellent gesture he has. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Even faced my anger with a smile.
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it offers everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
