Great hotel experience. Clean large room and bathroom, probably one of the cleanest I experienced in India. Very helpful staff. Walking distance to Mysuru Palace, good restaurant.

Pros:

Breakfast was limited but good. staff were friendly

Cons:

Bathroom is too small. No handwash no dental kit was provided. On asking we were informed that dental kit is provided only on request which is bad since we were never informed of this during check-in. For the price of the room the facilities is average at best.

Pros:

New, premium hotel at budget price! Comfortable, air-conditioned bed, good WI-Fi, and very courteous, attentive staff.
Excellent vegetarian food on the roof with extensive menu, very generous portions.

The cleanliness and the maintenance of the property. There is some understaffing. We were in the family room but the bathroom has some water problem, different taps did not work at different times and the restaurant has cockroaches

Très bon hôtel, bon resto, petit déjeuner buffet roboratif
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique, la jeune femme responsable de la réception très attentive et efficiente, ambiance agréable et sécurité dans cet hôtel à quelques minutes en tuktuk du KR Circle. La chambre est cleire et impeccable, le lit confortable. Le restaurant est très bon, le buffet du breakfast varié et son personnel aussi sympathique. Je retournerais dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

La douche malheureusement un peu difficile à régler avait le jet violent et capricieux. Ça innondait la salle de bains... Pas agréable de se tremper les pieds quand on veut aller se laver les dents ou aller aux toilettes après la douche.. Il suffirait de mettre un simple rideau pour éviter cet inconvénient. Une planchette ou des crochets seraient aussi bienvenus dans la salle de bains pour pouvoir y disposer nos affaires de toilettes ou accrocher un éventuel pyjama ou autre... Mais À part ce détail de robinet récalcitrant qui a été réglé puisqu'on nous a prêté gentiment un balai, tout s'est très bien passé... Je recommande..
