Dreadful experience. Avoid!

The staff were dishonest. We were assured that hot water would be available in the mornings but it was not. We even rose before 7.00am to ensure we didn’t miss it but there was none. The staff denied it and claimed that if we kept running the tap it would come but even after 15 minutes (!!!) it did not. Other customers also complained and were told the same lies. We chose to check out one day early but they would not agree to the discretionary discount despite a request from Booking.com. The location was horrible although only a 15 minute walk from the railway station. The room had water damaged walls and was not properly clean. We were given a double bed despite having booked twin beds - the room was changed when we complained. So a horrible experience at this place. If it had been a lot cheaper I could understand but at over 3000 rupees per night it was not acceptable. Avoid!
