Cute and not the usual north goa clichés. Gorgeous cocktails at the bar!
Pros:

Perfectly located. Helpful staff especially at breakfst and loved the 'calmer rooms'

Cons:

Had a weird altercation with a staff member during morning swim which was handled by senior staff members but definitely made the vibes less...joyful. But I applaud their responsiveness to the situation.

Das erste Zimmer war nicht akzeptabel
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel begann leider etwas enttäuschend.
Das erste Zimmer, das uns angeboten wurde, war aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
Es lag im Erdgeschoss, wirkte sehr dunkel und hatte kaum Tageslicht – eher wie eine „Dunkelkammer“.
Zudem war ein starker unangenehmer Geruch nach Abwasser und Fäkalien wahrnehmbar, sodass ein Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer nicht möglich war.
Auch der Blick vom kleinen Balkon war leider wenig ansprechend.
Nach einer freundlichen Beschwerde beim Personal wurde uns jedoch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.
Dieses befand sich im 2. Stock und war deutlich besser, sodass sich der Aufenthalt anschließend angenehmer gestaltete.
Das Hotel richtet sich unserer Meinung nach eher an jüngere Gäste und Partygäste,
die eine lebhafte Atmosphäre suchen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung erwartet, sollte dies bei der Wahl berücksichtigen.
Positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie das gute Frühstück mit einer schönen Auswahl.
Insgesamt war der Service bemüht, auf Probleme einzugehen und Lösungen zu finden.

Pros:

Great staff and service. Food was delicious and restaurant staff was nice. Pool, bars, cocktails all good. Overall property was great for the price.

Cons:

Rooms very pretty small in size for long stays. Overall accessibility wise Location is good but outside area is very congested, crowded, and not walkable at all. Calungate beach is filthy.

Very small room, and they ignored my confirmed request for nearby/interconnected rooms.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than expected and very average. I had clearly requested interconnected or nearby rooms at the time of booking, and the hotel had confirmed this three days in advance. However, they failed to provide it and showed no concern for the customer’s requirement.

Lovely stay nearly perfect
