Disgusting! Homeless people all around! Air didn't work nor the heat!

Cockroach motel

The price was ok

The condition of the building was very run down, there was trash left in the room, the TV remote didn't work for the tv, there were multiple bugs that I killed in the room (cockroaches).

For the price what can you expect

Plenty of parking

Cons:

Property manager said my room was just cleaned but It was gross and dirty. There were used tampons under my bed, dead bugs, poop smeared on the wall in the bathroom, a cigarette in the toilet, dirt on the floor, no wifi service so no tv, dust and dirt everywhere. Couldn’t find staff to help. Brought in my dinner and sat the box down on the bed for maybe three minutes and when I opened the box…..four cockroaches. The door was not secure, flimsy broken locks and a huge gap in the door frame. Window curtains are sheer and small so couldn’t even get privacy. Dogs barking in the rooms around me all night, loud rap music in the rooms around me at 5 am, walls so thin you can hear people breathing

It was horrible.

Cons:

They have cockroaches. They didn't get me my room I booked kings size bed we didn't get it. They gave us 2 beds. Was not clean. Had to go get someone to fix our TV. No breakfast

No room after prepay and no refund
Pros:

Reserved on hotels.com. Arrived a few minutes later, and a gentleman apologetically explained that there were no rooms available, even though my reservation was pre-paid. Further, the efforts to obtain a refund from hotels.com has been the slowest and most painstaking effort I have seen hotels.com have to do for me. I have had similar problems in the past, having to get a refund, but it always worked out within a few minutes. Several days later, hotels.com customer service has to keep contacting me to ask more questions about the sequence of events at the hotel.

Pros:

Expedia took my money for a room for one night but when I got there the motel was under construction and had no rooms available. Expedia refused to refund my money but had no problem booking me another $100 room that same night.

Pros:

There were obvious cockroaches as soon as we opened the door. There was a large hole in the floor board at the head of the bed that we saw as soon as we opened the door. We didn’t go in any further after that. It was awful!!!
