Experience ok at best. Would choose a different hotel next time

No soap in bathroom, outlet in bathroom did not work, had to go 3 times to front desk to get me key card to work, lobby very nice - rooms were ok. Overpriced

Pros:

The location was good and convenient. Room was spacious and relatively clean. The night staff accommodated our requests really well.

Cons:

The kitchen staff was rude and we were disappointed. We came to the breakfast buffet (which was included in our booking) about 10 minutes before closing. The waiter told us to take something from the buffet and get seated at the table for order. Buffet was almost empty and we overheard her telling kitchen staff that she is not going to take our order, we were shocked and disappointed. She did not even offer flask of coffee, asked us to get it from the lobby machines.
We travelled with 3 kids (2,4,6 yo). We expected to get them fed before our long ride back and we had to stop outside to buy breakfast. One of the other waiters was kind enough to come take our order later when we complained but we were not happy to sit around.

Perfect one-night stop on our road trip
Pros:

Perfect place for our one-night stop - allowed our dog, had a charger for our car, room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and attentive, our yogurt bowls for breakfast and free coffee/tea station in the lobby were perfect before we hit the road again.

I WANT TO MENTION THAT THE KITCHEN STAFF AND ESPECIALY THE LADY COOK, WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ACOMMADATE ME. SUPER NICE.

Next time I will choose Marriot. Adequate but not great.
Pros:

The elevator would not come when called: the staff was very helpful, they sent up the elevator when called. Then they assigned someone to the 6 th floor who was there when I needed an elevator.
I hadn’t thought to ask for a toilet with an adult commode, mine was very low and I am handicapped, so it was difficult because it was a child sized commode!
The restaurant was open late, until 10pm, terrific because I arrived late due to very bad road construction traffic.
Overall the staff performed their duties, but I wonder why they acted like they didn’t particularly like their job.
I would advise welcoming training, interpersonal skills.

Cons:

I should’ve asked for a handicapped room.
The sixth floor elevator wasn’t responding to calls.
A noisy hotel, kids running up and down the floor.
Based on the food I had at the restaurant I chose not to pay for their breakfast. A better deal was found at the next exit on 95, Waffle House. Really good, great friendly service and a bargain!

Comfortable hotel, great location, lots of great places to eat nearby but on site amenities lacking.
