非常值得體驗的美麗小旅館
Pros:

像是住在品味絕佳的選品店裡面，空間極美，卻不犧牲機能性，挑高的開窗兼顧隱私與景色，房間附的濾掛包咖啡非常好喝，早餐可麗餅也是用心先做的。

Cons:

吃早餐的地方稍微狹窄了一點，和工作人員彼此距離很近，但我日文不好難以好好交流，所以會感覺到有一點壓力

Pros:

I liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. It was private and quiet yet so close to things to do. The room was modern and stylish. The breakfast/bar had a big sunny window. Breakfast was amazing. And specially the staff, were fantastic. Thank you.

A considerate and elegant whole.
Pros:

The overall feel is great, the design touch great and the layout of the room was extremely cosidered. We even had a deck and a great lp selection in the room!

Cons:

We would have liked to try the old building as well.

Good option in Hakodate for a couple / couple with young child
Pros:

Wonderful historic property with nice design throughout and friendly / helpful hosts

Cons:

It would benefit from blackout curtains given the bright street lights outside, perhaps a dividing curtain for the 2nd bed, and a sofa to relax in the sitting area downstairs

It felt like home. The inn was comfortable with plenty of space.
The bed was a very comfy king size, plenty room for all..
Upstairs and downstairs set up so if you are an early riser like me, you can have your own area until everyone else arises..
Only 5-20 min walk from anything, depending on your day.
Beautiful red brick factories lit up at night but a bustling hive of shops during the day.

一泊じゃもったいない！
Pros:

全部良かったです！
全てのものにこだわりを感じました！

Cons:

特にないですが訪れた季節柄なのか毛虫がたくさん外壁についておりびっくりしました。調べてみるとこの時期によく出るらしいとか。
特に部屋の中に入ってくるなど私たちには害がないものなのでそこまで気になりませんでした。

Winter stay in Hakodate
Pros:

Portside Inn was really nicely located to the Red Brick Warehouses, there was lots of great cafes and eateries around, interior was beautiful and the log burner was great. The cooking equipment was great and the cookies were a nice touch.

Cons:

We found the property too cold, no matter how much we increased the heat it just wasn’t enough to heat the entire space and found it hard to enjoy relaxing when it’s so cold, the bath looks good but we found the water couldn’t get hot enough. It feels like the place is more aesthetic than comfortable as the sofa wasn’t comfortable either but the price was good so it’s a way up, maybe in summer or a shoulder season it would be ideal but I wouldn’t stay here in winter again.
