気持ちの良いサービスを提供して欲しい
Pros:

大変清潔で、ホコリ一つなかった。
明るく、ベットも広く、広すぎず、完璧だった。
空調も静かで、周りの部屋の音もしなかった。
色々なところで宿泊してるが、
睡眠をしっかりとれた珍しいホテルだった。

Cons:

接客が通り一遍でした。フロントの方も、朝食ブッフェの方も同じだった。
施設は大変良く、お掃除もきれいに行き届き大満足だったが、
また来たいと思えなかった。

クレンジング、化粧水、保湿液もアメニティコーナーに置いてほしい。

できたら、お水のサービスが欲しい。

A great experience and the best accommodation of my 1 week Japan trip
Pros:

The room is spacious and well appointed. Great location as it is near to 2 train station.
