コスパがいいと思います。
Pros:

駅、コンビニ、飲食店が近く、とても便利です。アメニティはフロントから必要な分だけ持っていけるので特に困りませんでした。朝食なしで宿泊だけだったので駅近でこの料金はかなりお得かなと思いました。

シャワーの水圧がやや弱く、バスタブにお湯を張るのに時間がかかりました。
