Pros:

近くにショッピング施設があるので好きなものを買ってホームパーティーが出来るのでとても快適でした。部屋も清潔で広々としていました。冷蔵庫の効きが若干悪いのと、ソファベッドが結構硬いところは少し気になりますが。
