Pros:

駅から近くて良かった。

Cons:

エアコンの風向きが変更出来ず、椅子に座っている時は寒すぎた。ベット内でも寒かったので、消したり暑くて付けたりした。
浴槽にお湯をためている時、水道の繋ぎ目から水が漏れてきて気になった。
意外にカーペットにゴミが目立った。
