Very clean, easy to navigate and the free beer hours was a great way to meet people. Also loved the rooftop!
Nothing to be honest, maybe that the pillow was a little uncomfortable
Only some people were working there
My room was really dusty 🤧
I got sick I found I was thinking it was get influence plus
itching all my body
Price 308 dollars night
We were lucky enough to get a private room with a private bathroom so had no issues in accessing facilities when needed. Regardless all the rooms have access to shared bathrooms/showers, and are at a reduced rate in consideration of this :) We LOVED that the hotel had a common area upstairs that had free coffee and drinks all day, the restaurant down stairs would be convenient for those who don’t want to rush out into Tokyo for dinner, we never got the chance to try it but the menu and food looked sensational! All the staff was so considerate and helpful! There was access to a 24/7 laundry next door which was helpful after our travels throughout the rest of Japan previous
No major issues but would be helpful for others to know that you have to directly book a private bathroom room and majority of the rooms are just the bed / lounge, with showers and bathrooms in a seperate space on each level
Very clean ans spacious for a room in tokyo. This hotel has everything you could possibly need.
Nothing
Location, cleanliness, helpful and kind staff
This property is clean. It has a restaurant on the first floor, which is a plus to me. It also has a small entertainment area on the top 7th floor with a pool table and a terrace where people can smoke.
I wish there were a tv in the room.
Great atmosphere, very nice helpfull staff. Helped us with past cancelation due to canceled flight! Even though they didn't have to. Good location, about 10 min walk to shibuya station, quiet. Barhroom is small but efficiently designed, good shower.
Bathroom with shower is small
Very friendly staff in all areas. Very helpful on reception, giving us advice on getying around on public transport. Very conveniently situated mid way between Shibuya and Ebisu stations, 10 mins walk to each. The main road on the way to Shibuya Crossing had some of the best pink cherry blossom we saw.
Very well equipped room, comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and ee liked the turnip soup on offer and the green mini smoothies were delicious. Free bar hour was great, we came back in time for that one day. Lively bar area too in the evenings. And we liked the free hot drinks up on the top floor with pool table and views from the balcony. A gem of a find for first timers in Tokyo wanting somewhere central but not too much in the thick of it.
Only thing really would mabe be some more granola-y, over night oats type breakfast options with more fruit, rather than all savoury with meat/eggs/fish and bread options. There was the acai bowl which I liked but it was off on our last morning.
Nothing else - this hotel was fabulous!
