good location close to Shibuya, Daikanyama, and Nakameguro; à la carte breakfast; good restaurant within the hotel; common areas and shared bathrooms spacious, clean, and well-stocked with amenities; front-desk staff went out of their way to arrange transportation options

Great for solo travellers
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. The daily free beer hour was a great way to meet people as a solo traveller. The hotel is close to shibuya and ebisu stations so travelling around tokyo was very easy. It’s definitely a more americanized hotel but i loved my stay here.

EXELENTE
Pros:

El hotel es todo lo que esta bien, a la altura de un hotel de lujo. limpio, bien ubicado y silencioso. El personal un 10. volveria sin pensarlo.

Cons:

Todo perfecto, si tengo que sugerir solo una cosa, es un espacio para trabajo estilo Working.

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, really friendly. Great breakfast can be included. Luggage storage before and after check out. Luggage transfer service. Free drink token on arrival (good quality in a gorgeous bar) then free drinks every day between certain times.

Cons:

We upgraded to a family room - once we saw the normal room there was no way we could stay there with the size. We wouldn't have been able to open our suitcase at all.

Family room was a good size for our suitcase to lay open on the floor.

The location is good as in - quiet - 20 min walk from anywhere and good breakfast and coffee close by. But sometimes it felt far from other places - the thing is no matter where you stay in Tokyo if you want to see everything you'll never be in the best place for everything.

Friendly staff. Great location, Exceptional customer service.
Pros:

Very clean. Lovely and helpful staff who also securely kept my luggage even after check-out. Great location to Shibuya and great communication with English-speaking staff.

Pros:

Location was amazing, close by Shibuya and shops, the bar was great, amazing service : )
The room was fine for a hostel, all was good, good food, laundry next door, and I bought a cute t shirt of the Hotel
The staff in reception was amazing, very friendly
Special thanks to Eleonora, does an amazing job and its super friendly, give her a promotion
Nano which was always smiling and speaks some Spanish and learning Chilean Spanish ( cachai? ) ♥
Mayo ( i think) also from reception super nice and Yukari doing an amazing job, all of them made me feel very welcome
Give them all a raise and 1 month holiday ASAP
Come visit in Denmark ; )

All the staff in general was amazing, 11/10 would recommend and come back ♥

Clean and pretty facility, good lacation, kind staffs. Highly recommend to other travelers!
Pros:

It’s clean and has a good location. And the staffs were all kind :)
Also they give clean towel everyday

Cons:

7th’s floor’s community room was sometimes lil bit messy but it’s not that bad tho

Pros:

Unreal spot in shibuya would highly recommend. Great spot upstairs for socialising with a pool table. Room was a bit small but that only encourages you to get out and explore the city.
