Great hote however staff customer service needs work
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and super modern

Cons:

Perhaps this hotel is more suited to domestic clients as staff’s English was poor. Also, despite language issues, staff at times were on the rude side which was very unusual in our experience in Japan.

Everything was so nice and clean! I liked the views of Hirakata as well.

A beautiful, relaxing stay with excellent service, delicious food, and stunning views!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

Cons:

The only slight downside was the location — while the hotel itself was wonderful, getting to places like the Children’s Museum, USJ, or Kobe required changing trains and took quite a bit of time.
