The view from the rooms is absolutely amazing. We were on the 25th floor. The staff were all really friendly and the location was great. We even booked for another night and tagged it onto our stay we enjoyed it that much. Excellent value for money and best hotel we’ve stayed in in Japan - we’ve been here three weeks.
We booked so we could both enjoy the spa. It’s quite misleading and not clear that the spas and public baths are separate from one another (men’s and women’s) meaning we couldn’t use them together. Also you have to be naked which again isn’t clear when booking the property. Because of this we didn’t use them even though we had booked this hotel specifically to relax and use the spa. This was disappointing for us but I think it’s more of a cultural thing here that we just weren’t prepared for, but it would be nicer if it was clearer on the hotel description. Despite this we still had a 10/10 time and loved it!
The rooftop spa is fantastic and unique.
Our room had a great view. Overall very good value for money.
Buffet dinner quality could be improved. Payment took a long time as well.
This hotel is incredible, the lounge access was amazing definitely worth the price for unlimited drinks and snacks. The sky spa was magical!

Very new and modern interior architecture. Great Onsen facilities with a great city skyline view.
The buffet breakfast was terrible and not worth the price.
The room was spacious and very clean. Our room was also on a very high floor and we enjoyed the view and the stay very much.
The hotel is also located at a rather quiet place and we were able to have fantastic sleep there.
Ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer komfortabel und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die Lage, die hohe Servicequalität sowie die Spa- und Badebereiche mit der großartigen Aussicht über Osaka.
Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die Eisspender auf den Etagen, die wir sehr praktisch fanden.
Insgesamt war dies eines der besten Hotels unserer Japanreise. Die positiven Aspekte überwiegen deutlich und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
Als kleine Kritikpunkte sind uns lediglich einige Komfortdetails aufgefallen. Eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer wäre bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt praktisch gewesen, insbesondere wenn man Speisen aus Konbini oder Restaurants mitnimmt. Außerdem hätte eine Badewanne im privaten Badezimmer den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die öffentlichen Badebereiche des Hotels sind zwar ausgezeichnet, dennoch bevorzugen manche Gäste gelegentlich ein privates Bad im Zimmer.
Für drei Personen stand zudem kein drittes reguläres Bett, sondern eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Dies war für uns kein großes Problem, könnte für andere Reisende jedoch relevant sein.

The room is beautiful with good facility.
It's embarass to shower & dressing in a glass door bathroom since I am travelling with my son. Also, my son complaining that the water in the public bath for man is too dirty.
The location was excellent near to trains and shops we could walk everywhere. The Onsen was amazing worth the stay in the hotel just to be able to go there the views were incredible.
The bar in the hotel could have stayed open later a lot of people came close to 10pm and could not get drinks would be nice to have it open for a late nightcap before bed
