Worst soundproof of the rooms, I cannot sleep because of the terrible noise from the street. I expected more from Japanese.
The service is low levels. The offer of the lounge is like a high school buffet. The restaurant is mediocre.
Above all, we asked for 2 separate blankets instead of 1 big and due to “hotel policy” it’s 4400 JPY. WhT??? In a 5 star hotel???

The perfect stay at the Candeo Hotel made our vacation to Japan perfect!! The amenities are fabulous, staff attentive and helpful to all our needs, the wide variety of breakfast choices were delicious and kept us coming back!! Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Me and my partner booked the hotel because we were sold on the beautiful infinity pool above the Osaka skyline. Once we arrived, we were told that in the entire pool area, male and female bathing is strictly separated. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked - as we were looking for a couple experience to share on our trip. This was quite misleading by the hotel, as there was no information on that beforehand. So - if you are traveling with your partner, be aware: the spa area in this hotel is a solo experience only. You'll be enjoying the view alone.

To be honest, the property reminded me of a converted office space made hotel. You truly could not get into the bathroom to close the door without manipulation.
