Zimmer mäßig, ansonsten gut.
Pros:

Gute Lage mit unzähligen Restaurants um die Ecke. Zimmer sehr sauber, Bad gut ausgestattet. Unbedingt die Lounge mitbuchen, sehr gute Getränkeauswahl, Snacks und vorallem einen tollen Blick auf Osaka. Auch das Spa ist empfehlenswert,
vorallem war es das das einzige Spa während unserer Rundreise das mein Sohn mit seinen Tattoos problemlos benutzen konnte. Das Personal war landestypisch extrem freundlich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und beengt, es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine Kleiderstange.Zudem war es zu dunkel.

Great hotel, close to everything you must visit in Osaka
Pros:

Location, facilities and astounding view on the city

Cons:

Some staff at breakfast was not very polite when they said that fruit cannot be taken away (normal for Japan but unusual for the rest of the world)

Tres belle chambre avec magnifique douche japonaise et belle vue, confortable.
Un peu éloigné de centre mais la gare de métro est à proximité.
Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien fourni et tres bon.

Very nice place with reasonable size rooms, terrific breakfast, and easy location for touring.
Pros:

The rooftop onsen is wonderful. The room is roomier than most. The breakfast is stupendous. Good location for going to Nara, Kyoto, etc.

Friendly atmosphere but fails to deliver on quality and service

Nice location which was convenient and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

There are no public areas to relax . The “lounge” area next to the reception desk was always full of people with baggage. The hotel has maximised the floor space for restaurants and you can’t sit and have a drink or cup of tea in the afternoon.
There is no control in the spa area - young children were jumping around from pool to pool and then we were evacuated when the police arrived.
