Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms with spectacular views and great amenities.
Could not make a dirty martini at the bar. Received very poor service at the bar. Two guests were talking very loudly at the sky spa.

Breakfast was expensive
Beautiful comfortable room with gorgeous views. We could store our liggage before check in and after check out. The airport bus was going from the hotel totkansai international airport.
The lobby desks were quite cramped, especially with all the luggage standing around. There were only two sachets for coffee in the room, so only for one time coffee.

There were no baby changing rooms in the whole hotel.
To have our room cleaned it came at an additional cost, which was surprising for a 5 star hotel. The basic cleaning (just empty the trash bins and make the bed was free).
Frühstücks buffet war durchgehend zu voll
Great location in Osaka, with a fantastic views of the city. Our room had had very good view and the rooftop onsen was even better. Facilities in the onsen were luxurious too. The bathroom DOES allow privacy - the website photos don't make this clear enough. The glass in the shower section frosts over at the push of a button and a door pulls over to seclude the sink area.
The reception was often crowded with people waiting around, blocking the main exit way. We never had to wait long to be seen by anyone, so not sure why there were always so many people around / why they were allowed to block the busy exit.

Om något - så kanske att de skulle kunna fylla på och underhålla VIP loungen bättre. Saknades dryck och snacks ofta.

Having stayed in a few hotels in Japan this lacked a lot in comparison to others. Rooms are dated and not equipped with any tea/coffee facilities, no room service and note the pool is separate one for men and women, I don’t recall seeing that anywhere on booking.com. The Lounge is not very equipped and charges you if you want other wine in a vending machine.
I just adore this hotel, and the Executive King Room in particular. Everything in the room is designed chef's kiss – an absolute pleasure to stay in. In fact, I loved my room so much I requested it on my second stay. Gorgeous inside, and amazing views from the window seat of outside. I miss it already!
