Great location, well maintained hotel, super comfortable room (deluxe king room with city view) and amazing spa.
La qualité du service, les infrastructures, le lit super confortable et surtout, la vue imprenable depuis le lit. La vue du spa est aussi époustouflante.
Petit point négatif : il n’y a aucune précision sur la nature du spa. C’est un bain public et non un spa comme indiqué dans l’annonce.
Hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful lobby. Room was spacious and the hotel was very clean. The bathhouse is extremely nice with a ridiculous view.
Lounge is in a great space with an awesome view but only open for 5 hours in the evening. I was under the impression there would be some variety of snacks throughout the day like in other hotels but wasn't the case here. Still was very nice in the evening. The bathhouse/Spa is truly beautiful but it got extremely busy on the weekend and the space did not feel big enough to accommodate so many patrons. I was unable to use it on my last several days due to so many hotel guests using the facilities.
Stayed 5 weeks! Great location near fabulous shopping, boggling dining options, health/fitness (beautiful yoga studio nearby and outstanding “B. Up” fresh juice shop too…near great aesthetic clinics and transportation: buses, train hubs. Standard Rooms have a nice feng shui with enough space to move around, soft bed linens, comfy and pretty well shielded from hall noise (which guests can be a bit noisy when returning from their evenings out but in general very quiet/classy feel). The generous buffet is healthy and a great value. The rooftop onsen is a real treat and amazing opening hours (nearly all night/day)! Lovely bar and lounge area with outside terrace/great views but limited hours. Efficient desk staff, good housekeeping (but full room clean has to be requested via TV system)—water/pressure fine.
The mattresses are very hard by Western standards. I actually had to purchase a memory foam mattress pad for $50 nearby (easily done or Amazon delivers to the reception) and that made my stay/sleep perfect! Totally worth it to be able to stay for everything else. Only other issue is the lounge/bar is the only good area in hotel for working on laptop outside the room. A quiet guests-only co-working/open-all-day area with tables/chairs/plugs would truly take the hotel over the top. Only working area (cafe) closes at 4pm daily and seems u must order at minimum a beverage to stay and there are no plugs there.

The view and room layout / decor. Toilet. Good amount of plug sockets in the room. Split shower and toilet and washing facilities
Simple things are overlooked. Twice they came to do the room clean and changed the sheets but didn't wash the cups. Even if that's meant to be part of a deeper clean they can see the dirty cups, why make the bed and leave them given the costs and star rating of this hotel. This happened twice.
No free snacks, microwave or proper coffee making facilities.
