Rooftop onsen a selling point, else it’s just a 4 star at best.
Pros:

Modern with a rooftop onsen on the 31st floor (the highest in the world), which is the selling point of the hotel.

Cons:

Service levels are not the best. When you send them a message, they take days to respond. Call the front desk and they also give you wrong information, so staff need to be better trained on being 5 star.

Вы второй раз остановились в. Этом отеле, и теперь оказывается, нужно заказывается уборку, смену постели и т д. В Онсен надо брать полотенца из номера, тоже странно, завтрак так себе

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein Zimmer im 31. Stock bekommen und die Aussicht war ein Traum! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung gehoben. Es hat sehr viel Freude bereitet am Abend den Hotel Spa zu nutzen und in den Onsen mit Ausblick zu baden.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: bitte ein extra Handtuch für die Sauna bereitstellen. Man hat pro Gast auf dem Zimmer nur ein großes Handtuch gehabt und ich möchte persönlich nicht mit dem selben Handtuch in der Sauna sitzen und mich später mit demselben Handtuch nach dem Duschen abtrocknen.

Pros:

Le cadre de l hôtel est magnifique et le spa incroyable !!

Cons:

L'espace dans la chambre .
Nous avions pris une chambre pour 3 .
Mon fils a dormi sur une banquette ,le lit n'était pas fait à notre arrivée .
Sinon les transports sont à 8 mn à pied très pratique .
