Struttura pulita e con ogni comfort minimo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Non c’è possibilità di avere la colazione in struttura, ma è presente una lavanderia. L’hotel non ha un suo parcheggio ma ne ha uno affiliato, per quale c’è uno sconto applicabile.

ホスピタリティに溢れたとても良い宿でした。
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクの種類の豊富さ。よくコーヒーマシンを置いてある宿はあるが、それ以外にスープマシンとジュースのドリンクバー、自家製のレモン水もあり、夜の12:00まで利用できたので、夜食にお味噌汁を飲んで過ごせたのが嬉しい。とても美味しかったです。
またドリンクバースペースに電子レンジが2台置いてあり、とてもわかりやすく、利用しやすい場所に設置してあるのがいいなと思いました。
客室に関しては、クイーンサイズベットの部屋に泊まったが、ベットが広くて快適。高校生の娘と二人で寝たが、狭さは全く無く、ちょうど良かった。部屋にスチームアイロンがあり、着回しする予定の衣類を清潔に保てて、私的にはポイント高かった。
またメイク用のスタンドミラーがあり、一人は洗面台で、一人はスタンドミラーで同時にメイクが出来たのでとてもよいサービスだなと思いました。
アメニティも充実していて、シートマスクがあるのを初めてみました。とても嬉しいかったです。
スタッフの方も、感じがよく、私がスイーツの紙袋を持っていたら、別店舗のケーキの情報を教えてくださり、とてもよかったです。

Cons:

客室に置いてあるスタンドミラー、設備としてはとても嬉しかったのですが、ライトが少々壊れており、半分だけしか点灯しなかったのがそこが少し残念でした。

接客以外はほぼ快適
Pros:

やっぱりベットがめっちゃ気持ちいい！！
２回目の宿泊だったけど相変わらずシーツとかは綺麗だし
寝心地が最高にいい！！
立地もいいから色んなところいけるしでそこまで宿泊費も高くないからいいと思う！！(ゴールデンウィーク等は除く)
あとは口コミをちゃんと見てるから
たまたまかもしれないけど前の時より低層だったから
洗濯機とかも回しやすかった。

Cons:

あんまりないけど接客に関してはちょっと人によって差があると思う。今回はいい人ばっかりやったけど最初泊まった時はちょっと無愛想な人とかもいたからまぁ感じ方にもよるんだろう。
