Pros:

部屋が少し汚さを感じた。また、フリードリンクのコップも汚れがあった。全体を通して清掃・衛生面が気になった、また、昼食のフレンチトーストですが写真ではサラダが点いていましたが実際はついていなかった。ただ、カラオケやサウナがありいつもと違う雰囲気が楽しめたのは良かった。

土地勘がないので、よくわからないが、最寄り駅と空港の中間に立地してると思います。最寄り駅まで20分強あります。施設は年季は感じますが、設備もアメニティーも空気清浄機も配備は良いです。今回は利用しませんでしたが、チェックイン時に翌朝の朝食も申し込めます。

Pros:

車椅子での利用でしたが、夜遅かったこともあり、エレベーターの入り口が見つからず、右往左往してしまいました。

スタッフも最初は声かけましたが、普通にエレベータから上がって来てくださいというだけで、サポートがなかったです。

何回か探しても見つからず、ようやくスタッフが案内してくれました。
ただ、案内したら終わりで、電話で呼び出さないと出てきてくれず、そこでようやく鍵を渡してくれました。

チェックインしたんだから、エレベータで上がってきたら、次に鍵を渡すことは認識していたはずなんですが。

露天風呂（予約が必要）有り。
無料のアルコールやカレーがあり、アメニティも充実していて大変満足でした。

洗面台が詰まっていてフロントに連絡したところ、すぐ対応して下さいました。ベッドも広々としていて良かったです。また泊まりたいと思います。

It’s a love hotel. It wasn’t stated so I didn’t know. Good to have it mentioned. Front desk was unmanned most of the time. Room wasn’t bright enough. And worse of all, I was initially given keys to an occupied room.

This spa hotel was very different from western hotels. Our room was like an apartment with a huge outdoor space with an outdoor sauna, pool- onsen, shower, lounge area, and covered dining area. Inside there was another pool/tub - onsen, dining area, TV area, karaoke machine, and two large - queen beds. The staff spoke little English, but used a translation App to help us. Breakfast was very nice served in our room. There was also a massage chair!

Nur mit Japanisch-Kenntnissen empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und Sauber. Großer Badbereich.
Alles war technisch modern ausgestattet, jedoch ohne Japanisch-Kenntnisse kaum über die Konsole zu bedienen. Morgens musste ich an der Rezeption anrufen um das Zimmer zu öffnen.

お部屋は綺麗でお風呂も広い！！
朝食のメニューが豊富で美味しい(*´༥`*)♡
アメニティもバスタオルが多くとっても嬉しかったです。
入口の道路が少し狭めですが駐車場が広く停めやすく、空港からも近いので伊丹利用時はこちらをおすすめします。

カウンター脇のブースには無料コーナーがあり、利用時は無料日本酒バーコーナー、おつまみコーナーがありました( •̀ •́ゞ)ﾋﾞｼｯ!!

Did not like the door lock system. The staff spoke no English.

On the positive side - The breakfast was great and they served it to us @ 6:10AM, well before normal hours. And, it is only a 5 minute taxi ride to Itami Airport.
