Pros:

The breakfast has lots of choices.
A dinner is available at night until a certain hour but definitely convenient.
Close to a metro station (~5-10min walk).

Cons:

The hotel is located in a neighborhood a bit far from the action but still within reasonable distance by metro.
Room on the top floor was very hot without the AC and bath was not huge but nothing to really fret over !

近くで何かあったらリピートしたいホテルでした
Pros:

ウエルカムで牛丼やたこ焼きを（無料）いただくことができて、とってもお得感がありました
フロントの方も外国の方、日本人の方ともに笑顔があって感じ良かったです

Cons:

浴室が想像以上に狭まかったのと、浴室に入る女性の暗証番号をもらえなかったので
フロントに貰いにいきました。（まぁフロントも近いので不便はありませんでした）
