Osaka made memorable by Double Tree.
Pros:

The beds are very soft and comfortable.
The rooms are silent. In fact you cannot hear the air conditioner running either.
The breakfast spread was superb, especially the fresh fruit juice and the live egg station.

SDGSって嫌いです。
Pros:

お部屋が綺麗で、ロケーションが良かったです。
ホテルの方々は親切でした。

Cons:

女性用のアメニティが無いのが、とても不便でした。
インスタントのスティックコーヒーなのが驚きでした。
ドライヤーのランクが今三つ。
日本のホテルはいろいろ充実してると、改めて感じました。

Pros:

The hotel was in a calm location but well connected for trips to other parts of Osaka or nearby cities (We were able to visit Kyoto and Nara with ease on day trips), if you're looking for lively night life this may not be the ideal location although we were still able to enjoy plenty of evenings out around the city.

Having a castle view room was well worth the extra cost for us and we couldn't get over the view at breakfast every morning.

Staff were helpful throughout, especially Aki who was always happy for a chat at breakfast to find out what we had done the previous and give us some lovely messages each morning.

On our final day we were able to arrange for our luggage to be sent to our following hotel in Tokyo which was an easy process that the reception team were of great help with.

Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and hope to be able to revisit in the future.

Cons:

Заказала номер с видом на замок, но в них не ставят доп кровать для ребенка. Пришлось поменять комнату с видом на город. Естественно разницу в цене не вернули. При размещении в номере троих, завтрак только на двоих. За третьего просят доплату.

Great location with equally great service.
Pros:

I only stayed one night but did take advantage of the restaurant and room service, which all delivered timely and with the best attitude.

Cons:

I had no problems or issues at all, nothing to complain about!

Das beste Hotel für uns, wir hatten den Blick auf das Osaka Castle und es war mega. Auch das Zimmer sehr groß und konfortabel. Das Badezimmer wunderschön. Fitnessstudio gut ausgestattet und der Pool war auch in Ordnung zum Entspannen.

Cons:

Badehauben im Pool und jedes Mal Haare waschen müssen da die Dusche automatisch ist - aber eher ein subjektive Meinung

Staff attitude was excellent, design of interior was very modern and new, very clean, great views.

Cons:

Location- walkable to metro but lack of shelter when it rains. We stayed for 10 days, the breakfast spread was adequate but it was similar every day.
