The welcome was amazing. Everyone spoke fluent English, made friendly smal talk while being incredibly efficient. And the cookie at check in is definitely a cherry on top! Loved our stay with a picturesque view on Osaka castle and beautiful spacious rooms

Tolle Lage, Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung, sauber

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zu jeder Zeit (wir haben über 5 Nächte sämtliche Zeiten ausprobiert) einfach überlaufen, viele Reisegruppen, Buffet auf engem Raum, das war etwas anstrengend.
