Great hotel with castle views
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with a large room. The view of the castle was lovely and the breakfast was good. Justin from the front desk provided exceptional service.

Cons:

Location, it’s in a much quieter part of town with not much super close by.

Mit dem Zimmer waren wir zufrieden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Burg. Auch beim Abendessen konnten wir den Blick auf die beleuchtete Burg auch Dank des freundlichen Personals genießen. Da wir in Japan auf unsrer 3- wöchigen Motorradrundreise jeden Tag in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet haben, können wir diese gut vergleichen.
In diesem Hotel, geht es etwas turbulenter zu, da natürlich viele Touristen hier ihren Aufenthalt genießen möchten. Wir haben es schon anders erlebt, da in anderen Hotels nur japanische Gäste anwesend waren. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel empfehlen. Die Betten sind wie überall in Japan nicht so " weich ". Man kann sehr gut darauf schlafen.

Cons:

Ich habe beim Buchen der Hotelzimmer darauf geachtet, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind und wir mit dem Motorrad, in der schwülen Hitze und der Motorradkleidung das Motorrad gleich abstellen können. Wir sind aus dem Erdbebengebiet (selber beim Fahren miterlebt) über 500 km in der Hitze nach Osaka gekommen und konnten das Motorrad nicht im Hotelparkhaus und am Hotel abstellen. Parkhaus, trotzdem wir für ein Auto bezahlen wollten und frei war- nur für Auto.
Das haben wir in anderen japanischen Hotels viel besser erlebt. Das Personal hat sich dort gekümmert und uns mit und ohne Bezahlung auch eine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel besorgt.
Das bedeutet für uns und einem guten Hotel guter Service. Ich möchte Sie bitten, dies in Zukunft besser zu lösen. Das Personal war in diesem Fall leider etwas überfordert. Wir sind auch keine Motorradrocker und für unsere Japanreise kann man sich ein Auto kaufen.

Surprisingly delightful stay that surpassed expectations
Pros:

Fell in love with this property from the moment I walked through the door. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade they offered to castle view rooms. Will definitely book those rooms next time. The breakfast manager was incredibly friendly, checking in with everyone and giving them hand-written thank you notes. Very calming decor throughout.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet may be understaffed. It was a mess with food everywhere.

Perfect way to celebrate an anniversary thanks to you all!
Pros:

We loved the accommodation of providing us the top floor river view! Thank you so much - the view was great and we also enjoyed the breakfast next morning that was specially made for us due to vegan constraints.
It was delicious and the hospitality of all the team members was warm and welcoming
We are so happy to have had this experience and are looking forward to visiting different Hiltons all over!

Café da manhã maravilhoso, com vista para o castelo! Local lindo e de fácil acesso ao metrô. Aki nos atendeu 2 dias no café e é fora do comum de gentil. A equipe do check in e do front desk falam inglês excelente e ajudam em tudo!!!

Cons:

I booked via booking.com for 5 people. I booked 2x rooms including breakfast, one room with 3 people and one with 2 people. I prepaid via booking.com however when i checked in I was made to pay extra for the 5thperson in one of the rooms because there was no bed for them. Then at breakfast I had to pay extra for this 5th person again. This was very disappointing as I assumed this was all sorted when i booked online.
