Café da manhã maravilhoso, com vista para o castelo! Local lindo e de fácil acesso ao metrô. Aki nos atendeu 2 dias no café e é fora do comum de gentil. A equipe do check in e do front desk falam inglês excelente e ajudam em tudo!!!

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, great buffet breakfast. Stunning view of Osaka Castle.

Cons:

I booked via booking.com for 5 people. I booked 2x rooms including breakfast, one room with 3 people and one with 2 people. I prepaid via booking.com however when i checked in I was made to pay extra for the 5thperson in one of the rooms because there was no bed for them. Then at breakfast I had to pay extra for this 5th person again. This was very disappointing as I assumed this was all sorted when i booked online.

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Przy następnym pobycie w tym mieście na pewno wybiorę go ponownie.
Pros:

Podejście do klienta, bardzo profesjonalne. Wszyscy z obsługi byli bardzo mili i dało się to odczuć. W razie problemów starali się znaleźć rozwiązanie.
