Such a nice experience!
Pros:

Very comfortable and full of all the things you could need, comfy bed, washing machine, a little kitchen, a microwave and a bathroom.
There is a machine inside, providing heating/air conditioning, very useful if you need to wash clothes. It's 10 minutes from the station, giving you a nice walk in a tipically japanese neighborhood.
There isn't always someone at the reception but I didn't needed any help during my stay, and for the price it has been better than an hotel!
I'll definitely return again, thank you!

You get what you pay for
Pros:

All usual home amenities are available with AC and heater in the room, the JR station is nearby.

Cons:

Front door was a little drafty, so the unheated kitchen and bathroom areas felt quite chilly.

Nice and quiet small apartment
Pros:

Nice and quiet small apartment and very friendly manager. There is also a place for a bicycle.

Cons:

Complicated and stressing check in process. Following the instruction I received via Booking I call the hotel before arrival but the given phone number was wrong. I had to ask a passerby for help finding a good phone number. When I arrived, I realized it was all pointless because there was a sign indicating where to go for check-in. I wish I had known; it would have been much simpler.
