Pros:

All usual home amenities are available with AC and heater in the room, the JR station is nearby.

Nice and quiet small apartment
Pros:

Nice and quiet small apartment and very friendly manager. There is also a place for a bicycle.

Cons:

Complicated and stressing check in process. Following the instruction I received via Booking I call the hotel before arrival but the given phone number was wrong. I had to ask a passerby for help finding a good phone number. When I arrived, I realized it was all pointless because there was a sign indicating where to go for check-in. I wish I had known; it would have been much simpler.

Very comfortable and includes just about everything one could need.
The host also let me check-in early, which I highly appreciated after a long flight and little sleep.

Cons:

The room is not particularly well insulated. Easily countered by increasing the heating, so less of a personal concern and more of an environmental one.
