Pros:

古い建物ならではのこもった匂いがすごかったです。
換気しても香水を振っても誤魔化されないくらいの臭いが建物内に充満していました。
また、カーペットにシミがありました。

広い通り沿いにあり、立地は悪くない。客室のwi-fiが弱く中々繋がらずフロントに相談したら、貸出用のwi-fiをすぐに手配してくれて問題なく使えました。

昔からあるんだろうなという感じの古い施設。
ドアの建て付けが悪く内側から鍵をかけるのに5分くらい苦戦しました。
今時オートロックじゃないことにびっくりしました。
部屋全体の照明が暗い。
鏡はあるが周りに照明がないため、メイクする時不便。
ベッド周りはアラームが故障、ライトも付かない。ベッドに直にエアコンが当たるので乾燥ですごいし、なんとなくカビ臭い感じ。
スタッフの方は対応が良かったですが施設が古いので次に使わせていただくことはないと思います。

泊まった初日は寒い日で、エアコンを入れたが故障していて、夜中に寒くて風邪を引いた。

Pros:

Liked the old-school vibe and decor. We booked a non-smoking room but were put in a smoking room. I wish they would replace the carpet because it was stained and didn't want to walk bare foot on it. Despite that would be open to staying again.

ホテルはモダンな雰囲気で、少し古く思われれましたが、特に汚い
印象はありませんでした。
近くに飲食店、飲み屋があり、少し足を伸ばせば、堺東駅の繁華街に行けました。
大きい道路横でしたが、騒音等、
気になりませんでした。

I like the antique atmosphere probably because it's an old hotel. Room I rented was clean. Only problem I had there was the wifi, but that's not an issue for me since I can just use my data to access the internet. The closest station is like a 14-minute walk from the hotel which is fine. Overall, I would still recommend it if you are into old hotels.
