Good location & facilities. Very comfortable room.
Laundry has washer/dryer combo machines & they do a horrible job of drying.

Location, room was very big, hotel was fancy, staff was great.
Breakfast can be improved.
Good location. Friendly staff!
Room was small according to the money we gave. It didn’t have windows, although the photos were showing a window.
Amazing and beautiful property, large room, nice everything. Loved it, highly recommend
Nothing. Everything was great
Starting off, the location is great but still a bit away from the Gion district. What's handy is that the station is very close to the hotel and that there is a shopping district nearby as well as a huge food market.
The room was spacious and clean, with extremely comfortable beds and luscious bedding. We really enjoyed the modernity of the room with the tablet that could control mood lighting, and found the pyjamas provided to be comfortable. The hotel itself is very new and you can see this in how well everything is holding up.
Laundry facilities were of great use but took extra drying time (probably took 4 hours to wash and dry 1 load in total). If you leave your belongings in there for too long you will have to pick them up from reception.
Staff here is incredible. I really loved the standard of service here.
The walls through to the bathroom are paper thin, and in general the bathroom layout is disappointing. When you enter the room you have a sink to your left and a shower + toilet on the right, so the sink is part of the open room plan.
There was only one sink in a double room, separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door. Then, the toilet and shower are separated by another wooden sliding door. If you are showering, there are blinds you can adjust, so on occasion you can peek through the blinds to accidentally see your travelling buddy. For 2 girls travelling it was hard to get ready as the window faced a wall and didn't provide enough light, and the bathroom being limited to 1 sink made it hard to get ready in the morning and to go to bed at night.
I find the value for the stay quite poor, as we stayed somewhere in central Tokyo with panoramic top floor city views, lots of space for just a little bit more than what we paid for this hotel. This was one of the more expensive options in Kyoto which we decided to splurge on and while we enjoyed our stay overall, the price does not reflect the size of the room or the layout.
Todo muy bien organizado. Desayuno a la carta.
