Really great hotel and location! Definilty catered to westerners.
Pros:

The location itself is perfect if you’re looking to explore Kyoto. It is close to a train station and lots of shops and restaurants. The restaurant and bar at the hotel is great too. The staff is super respectful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned each day

Good location.
Did not have breakfast

Cons:

stuffy bedroom, unable to open window. A/C limited to minimum of 20 degree C - but did not work properly. Contacted reception, but was told that was how it worked. A/C was dripping the whole of the last night.

Un havre de paix dans un quartier top
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, silencieux, hyper propre, gentillesse habituelle du Japon

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 6 nuits, aucun espace rangement à part quelques cintres………des étagères pour bien s’installer manquent vraiement

Great position, great helpful staff!
Pros:

We loved the location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We had a room with a washing machine which was very handy to catch up on our laundry for our trip home. Love to take clean clothes home. Our room was light and bright, very clean and comfy.

Cons:

One small little thing, we like to sleep with a window open. The room was light and bright with sheers and block out curtains but the windows didn't open and the air con was at the lowest (on cooling) 20 degrees.. We coped but would have loved it a bit cooler in the room for sleeping.

下次去京都還想入住！！！
Pros:

１・地點太優秀了！！！京都旅遊超過五次，一直很喜歡三条靠近六角堂這一區。公車、地鐵甚至叫計程車都方便，餐廳商店林立，京都住宿最佳地點！！！

２・三井各方面服務都很好！！！Check in簡便、各服務員態度都很好⋯⋯

３・硬體裝修新穎舒適，三人房的加床也很好睡，不會像其他國外加床的床墊過軟睡到筋骨痠痛

４・大浴場太優秀了！！！設備齊全，浴池夠大，ReFa吹風機很厲害，家人立刻買了一支回家

Cons:

１・大部分都很喜歡，可惜每天早餐沒什麼變化（我們連住了三晚），吧台可選的菜色種類不多，雖然有五種主菜可選，還是蠻容易吃膩的。如果能每天換些菜單會更好！

２・旅館內外國旅客多，在大浴場會碰到有些禮儀不足的部分（我在大浴場寄放的拖鞋被別人拿走、或是有人佔用置物櫃空間擦全身乳液讓其他人用不了）。建議旅館方可以多加些明顯的大浴場使用規定，讓外國人容易理解，減少使用上的問題

Good place to stay. Exceptional service.
Pros:

Staff is super helpful and friendly, and the facility is very clean.

Cons:

I was shocked to hear constant noise from upstairs suite in such a great facility.

Also, breakfast was great, but three days of the same thing is a bit too repetitive. It would be a lot better if there were different dishes or different flavors, even from the same ingredients everyday.

Pros:

Everything. The size of the junior suite. How they meet you and check you in. And the breakfasts every morning was spot on considering Japan doesn’t do breakfast.
