Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine Tochter hat sich über die veganen Optionen beim Frühstück gefreut!

Lovely hotel, peaceful stay.
Pros:

Great facilities, very comfortable rooms, and wonderful hotel staff! Short walk to Nishiki Market. The freshly made mozzarella at Curd was to die for.

A good choice when staying in Kyoto.
Pros:

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and told that I could check-in early which was a welcome surprise.
I stayed for 5 nights with breakfast in room 313. The room was quietly situated away from the road and featured a queen sized bed, bath and shower and the added bonus of a washing machine (they provide washing detergent). My only comment of the room is the bed linnen and specifically the pillow cases; they do not fit the size of the pillows and the pillows themselves are of a shiny fabric so the pillow case kept coming off. 
Breakfast is a choice of several set menus and a buffet. My only comments would be that considering Mitsui is a 5 star hotel the following things should be improved: 
- No extra charge for ordering a cappuccino or any other beverage other than regular coffee which is part of the breakfast menu.
- A more varied selection of fruit. Everyday there were grapes, orange, grapefruit and kiwi. Unfortunately no bananas or other exotic fruits which I would expect from a 5 star hotel.
- A better selection of bread. There was for instance no baguette of brown bread.

The hotel has beautiful light wells in the public spaces and feels calm.
Pros:

We stayed in a twin bedroom for 5 nights. It was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

The gym did not have much equipment. Not really a big deal

Hotel de qualité très bien situé mais attention aux allergiques aux pollens
Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour les touristes. On y accède par un métro direct depuis la gare centrale et il est a coté de vieilles galeries commerciales bourrées de boutiques et restaurants. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Le bar est très sympa et le restaurant de type italien bon même si la carte n’est pas très variée. A quelques maisons a droite en sortant on trouve un 7/11 et en face un Paul pour ceux qui veulent un petit déjeuner français. A gauche : un bon petit restaurant de grillades waygu fréquenté par les gens du quartier

Cons:

Dommage que l’évier de la salle de bain soit dans l’accès à la chambre et qu’il n’y ait que très peu de place pour ranger ses vêtements. Le fait de devoir se servir des produits de salle de bain est peu agréable mais pas dramatique. Pas de lait corporel ce qui n’est pas top pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Et surtout : Attention aux allergiques! les bouquets sont magnifiques mais nos amis japonais et nous mêmes avons commencé de l’allergie en attendant dans le hall devant la réception.

A nice 3/4 Star hotel. In no way is it a 5 star hotel - and in no way is it worth the price.
Pros:

The property was new and in a nice part of town. The gentleman who helped us shorten our stay was helpful.

Cons:

We had a view on a brick wall and air conditioning units. This was a premier room and a five star hotel that was not cheap. The room was tiny with no space to open a suitcase, or put your clothes anywhere. No bathrobe, no cream. No mini bar, nośności to take off your shoes. Breakfast was not very tasty and quite expensive.

スタッフが全員、親切で丁寧に接してくださり、サービスも良かった。
施設は新しく、全て清潔で快適に過ごせた。
どこに行くにもアクセスは良く、ロケーションは最高。

Cons:

スーペリア・ツイン自室の浴室が、透明ガラスで囲われている為、浴室中側・洗い場側にブラインドが下がっており、少し使いづらかった。トイレとの仕切りもなかったのが、残念に思う。
