Schönes. Hotel in zentraler Lage, ruhige Zimmer, guter Service, sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Das im Hotel befindliche Restauarant bietet italienische Küche von guter Qualität.
Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Garderobe, so dass man 4 Tage aus dem Koffer leben mußte. Ich verstehe den Raumausstatter bzw. Architekten nicht, der so etwas Grundlegendes nicht beachtet.
Kyoto itself is a lovely, upmarket city, great base for the hotel

Lovely touch with an art exhibition in the lobby supporting artists with disability, though there was no signage explaining it. As an art consultant I asked at the front desk and found out more, would have loved to see a pamphlet or some info at check-in, and maybe an option to donate

Honestly, as someone who travels extensively, there wasn't much else to fault!
Hotel con instalaciones muy lindas y modernas (creo que es un hotel nuevo). Nuestro hoster (mako) y en general el personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar.
El desayuno es muy bueno y variado (cuenta con comida de Dean & Deluca).
Tiene servicio de lavandería y si prefieres puedes ocupar tu las máquinas para poder lavar.
La habitación es grande (veníamos de Tokio de un hotel bueno, pero habitación extremadamente pequeña) y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una buen estadía.
Otro punto bueno, es que el metro está a 5 minutos caminando

Solo por decir un punto malo, podrían mejorar las almohadas, las cuales no son 10/10. (Lo cual no opaca lo señalado como puntos buenos).
Really well located hotel and the staff were very attentive and welcoming.
Our room was a good size with all the required amenities but only the window view wasn’t the best one.

リゾートホテルのようにウェルカムドリンクを出していただきました。素敵なロビーでした。お部屋の設備も充実しており、不足がありません。大浴場も快適でした。一階のレストランでディナーを食べましたが、スタッフさんがとても親切、そして大変美味しかったです。

Хорошее расположение - различные станции метро вокруг и соответственно возможность добраться до всех достопримечательностей общественным транспортом. Тихо, чисто. Номер небольшой. Есть стирально- сушильная машина. На рецепшене можно попросить оспариватель. Вида из окна у нас не было ( крыша с сушками для белья- это не очень, кот, спящий на на крыше как - то сглаживал впечатление). Завтрак неплохой, не сказать, что выбор огромный, но все есть, обратите внимание на сыры- это фишка отеля. В ресторане при отеле ходили ужинать - 4 из 5.

Not provide bath salts so had to buy, no English speaking TV options as sometimes just wanted to chill in room and watch a show, restaurant main meal food portions very small so grabbed more snacks afterwards at family mart.

Quizá por ese precio puedo encontrar un hotel más butique. Este era muy grande. Y no muchos productos de baño o de bienvenida.
Love this hotel, super zen and peaceful. Rooms are big and comfy. Felt like i was in a oasis.

The property had class and style but subtle. The rooms were comfortable, a good size and stylish . If there was anything at all and it’s minor, but relative to the lofty standards of everything else, the breakfast was a bit short !!! That said, the coffee was fabulous .
