Hotel is walking distance to transport facilities like Karashimacho Tram Station and Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. The shopping arcade which has food and convenience stores are also within walking distance.

However, despite the easy access to transport and shopping, the rooms seems to be generally a bit tighter. Hope that they can improve on the acknowledgement portion because they did not respond initially when I use contact property on Expedia. It was only after sending an email to Expedia which I then have the confirmation acknowledgement.

Pros:

2박 했는데, 방에 실내화도 그대로고 박스 분리수거가 생겨서 문근처에 두고 관광하러 나갔다 저녁에 드갔는데
수건만 바꼈고 침대 상태, 박스, 실내화 그대로 더라구요
그 외 침대도 푹신하고 화장실도 넓어서 좋았어요

地點很好, 但沒有停車位, 過橋的話有可以找到比較低價的停車場.
設施不錯, 浴室與廁所完全獨立, 整體設計多人使用上比較不會衝突,
有提供自助式的行李寄放, 便於行程安排.

乾淨，好逛街
Pros:

房間的空間小，停車要收費2000日元，可以到對面停車場,只要1300日元，比較便宜。
優點是附近逛街滿方便。房間乾淨。

一点気になるのは、客室フロアの廊下やエレベーター前のエリアでは照明の仕様で舞ってるホコリがものすごく目立った。

Pros:

Ms. Kim who was at the front desk was amazing. I saw her handle Korean, Japanese and English speaking customers. She does the work of three people and in a very caring manner. She made my check in so smooth. Thank you and Kim!

良かったです。
Pros:

宿泊する当日に予約をしました。ロビーもお部屋も清潔感がありスタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。熊本市アーケードやバスターミナルとその隣接施設も徒歩圏内で近く、周囲には比較的低料金で停めやすいコインパーキングも多くあり車でも交通機関でも利用しやすいです。平日だったからかお部屋のランクもアップグレードされており快適に過ごせました。また機会があればここを利用したいと思います。
