Pros:

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, able to assist in english as well as japanese. The hotel provides a beautiful bath house with a cafe attached to the rest area. The hotel is located close to the main Hakodate train station and tram line with many restaurants nearby.

excellent hakodate modern hotel with thoughtful design.
Pros:

excellent new hotel, modern design, comfiest beds in japan! the bath (onsen) was extra special & beautiful: and, they did not mind those with tattoos!! just a few minutes walk from the station, and very quite location.

Hakodate is a beautiful city and we would stay in omo5 when we return for another holiday

最高！
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんがいつでも丁寧に対応していただけたので分からないことも聞きやすかったです！

Cons:

強いてゆうならなんですが、部屋の扉が部屋側に開くプラス玄関がそこまで広くないため、部屋の出入りが大変でした。スノーブーツの着脱もあったためか狭いところで友人と2人あたふたしてました
