excellent hakodate modern hotel with thoughtful design.
Pros:

excellent new hotel, modern design, comfiest beds in japan! the bath (onsen) was extra special & beautiful: and, they did not mind those with tattoos!! just a few minutes walk from the station, and very quite location.

Hakodate is a beautiful city and we would stay in omo5 when we return for another holiday

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんがいつでも丁寧に対応していただけたので分からないことも聞きやすかったです！

Cons:

強いてゆうならなんですが、部屋の扉が部屋側に開くプラス玄関がそこまで広くないため、部屋の出入りが大変でした。スノーブーツの着脱もあったためか狭いところで友人と2人あたふたしてました

Pros:

早餐很好吃，浴場與公共空間都很棒，後面就是大超市很方便。

Cons:

房間有點小，兩人住三人房還是很擠，房間有一點舊，地毯邊角有灰塵，電視沒有連網功能。

イマイチなところ以外はサービスも2階のラウンジも最高でした
Pros:

朝食のビュッフェが充実していました。いか祭りを開催していて提供されるもの全て美味しかったし見た目にも最高でした👍

Cons:

宿泊する部屋の扉を開けてすぐ靴を脱いで部屋に入るのですがそのスペースが非常に狭靴買いづらかったです。土足厳禁にするのは良いと思いますがあと50cm奥に広くするか、廊下側に扉が開くようにしないと、、、。
トイレの清掃がいまいちで、ウォシュレットの奥、便器のところにうんちがついてました💦

空港までのバスもあるともっと良かった。
