Pros:

駅に近くて、動くのにとても便利だった。
建物は古いと思うけれど、中は全て新しく、部屋も清潔で使いやすかった。
温泉の大浴場があって、疲れたあとの温泉、サウナは非常に気持ちよかった。

Cons:

駐車場が狭くて、満車で停められなかった。

Nice place to stay but check further if your restriction needs can be met.
Pros:

Common areas are spacious, welcoming and great to have just to relax outside of your room. There’s both indoor and outdoor common areas.

Cons:

You need to use stairs to go to floor with onsen. Therefore, my elderly parents were unable to partake in using this facility which was one reason why we booked this place. I did not see any elevator access, nor did I ask.

Modern new hotel, great location and amenities - a must stay choice!
Pros:

Fantastic modern hotel a few minutes walk from the train station. Great facilities on level 2, has coin operated laundry on site and an awesome shuttle bus service to the major attractions. A supermarket is location around the corner, 1 min walk from hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast layout was a bit chaotic.

Pros:

周りにも飲食店もそこそこあって良かった。

Cons:

宿泊者専用駐車場が有りながら、料金はそのままで割引等のサービスも無い。
大阪市内でもサービスは有る。
又値段の割にビジネスホテルと変わらない。

Pros:

Busshuttle naar diverse bezienswaardigheden in en rondom Hakodate. Mooie onsen, modern hotel. Prima ontbijtbuffet Japanse stijl met ook wat westerse keuze.

Cons:

Hele kleine kamer, wel super efficiënt ingericht. Maar het was wel klein, ook voor Japanse begrippen.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut, man ist innert ca. 3-4min vom Bahnhof Hakodate im Hotel.
Zudem gibt es einen Shuttleservice zu den gängigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen der Stadt.

Cons:

Wir sind aufgrund unserer Zugbverbindung vor der Check-in Zeit eingetroffen. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist eher ein bisschen klein, wenn einige Gäste auf einmal eintreffen. Damit man als Gast nach Abgabe des Gepäcks auch mal kurz durchschnaufen könnte, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn wir im 2. Stock in den grossen und sehr schönen Aufenthaltsraum des Hotels hätten gehen können.
