Wonderful hotel, clean and modern, great vibe and amazing location.
Pros:

The location was first class, really close to Gotanda staton, which is an excellent hub for exploring Tokyo. The area around the hotel is buzzing!! Plenty of places to eat. The hotel were helpful in making good recommendations. Each night there is a family friendly drinks party, that was fun (organised fun). Loved this hotel!

Cons:

We didn't have breakfast there, it seemed pricey. We found a wonderful bakery instead. We've stayed in an OMO3 another trip, it had a wee self service snack bar, we missed this option. A minor thing!

Great location, clean and offers nice views of Tokyo.
Pros:

The location is very good, 5-6 minutes away from the Train/Metro Station.
Room was at the 19th floor, we had a superb view and the cleaning lady came every day to tidy up the beds and clean the room.

Cons:

If you have 3 large luggages like we had, it is a bit hard to store them in the room, because the room was quite small, for people with fewer or not so large luggages, the room is big enough.

Pros:

The facilities were fine and the room was cute. The bathroom was clean and we liked that the toilet was separate from the bath area

Cons:

One of the towels we were given had a lot of hair on it. It was a clean towel but the hair really grossed us out.

Pros:

Struttura nuova, pulitissima e vicina alla metro. Staff molto attento e gentile, servizi ottimi. Letto comodo , bel bagno dotato anche di vasca . Molti ristorantini carini nella zona

Cons:

Colazione buona, ma poco varia. Dopo 2-3 giorni si fatica a mangiare le stesse cose. Potrebbe essere ampliata con frutta fresca e secca e qualche altra pietanza (ad esempio formaggio, succhi, crackers, pancakes, marmellata)

Super stylish and friendly hotel
Pros:

Great location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. There are a couple of metro stations within walking distance which will connect you to most places easily. The view from the room was fantastic and on a clear day we even saw Mt Fuji! Which was an unexpected treat. The staff were always very friendly. They provided excellent help with luggage transfers.

Cons:

Only one small issue… No hooks for clothes in the bathroom. If they put some up, we are willing to go back just to see if it makes the stay even better ! ;-)

Great location and quality hotel, a little pricey however.

Cafe breakfast, need to alternate breakfast types. Had the same western style breakfast for 5 days.
