יחס עלות תמורה גבוהה ממש.
Pros:

מיקון מעולה ממש למי שלא מחפש להיות באמצע ההמולה. קרוב לתחנת רכבת מרכזית- לקו הירוק שמשמש המון תיירים. המלון מהמם. מעוצב. לבקש חדר בקומות הגבוהות- חלון ענק עם נוף מטורף על העיר. החדר לא גדול, כמו ביתר המלונות בטוקיו, אבל מתוכנן נכון, עם אפשרות לפתוח מזוודה- דבר חיוני שלא מתקיים בכל החדרים, בקלות. העיצוב והמיקום מביאים ליחס עלות תמורה גבוהה מאוד. יש מבחר מסעדות יפה מאוד, מתחת למלון.

시원한 뷰, 안정적이고 따뜻한 로비 분위기 방분위기가 좋습니다.
Pros:

호텔로비가 14층에 있는데 너무 쾌적하고 인테리어도 따뜻하고 훌륭합니다.
로비 앞에 테라스가 있어서 너무 예쁘고 휴식을 취하기에 좋았습니다.
바로 옆쪽에 로손이 있고 근처에 식당도 많았습니다.
저는 다른일정때문에 호텔에서 제공하는 여러이벤트에 참여하지 못했는데, 좋은 프로그램이 많아 보였습니다.
창문이 넓어 뷰가 너무 시원하고 좋았습니다. 고탄다 역까지 걸어서 8분정도 소요되는거 같습니다. 이용하기에 좋았습니다. ^^

Cons:

객실에 물이 없고 냉장고에 있는 빈물통을 14층 로비로 가서 떠서 먹어야 하는것이 불편했습니다.
이런경험은 처음이라 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 한참동안 물을 찾았고 한참동안 전화기를 찾았습니다.
객실에 전화가 없고 엘레베이트 홀에 전화기가 있다는게 불편했습니다.
객실 배정시 같은 타입이어도 객실 크기나 디자인이 다르다는걸 알게되었습니다.
물론 좋은층으로 배정하시기 위해서 그렇다는건알지만 좀 더 아래층으로 가더라도 호텔예약 사이트에 있는 방 사진 위주로 해주셨으면 좋겠고 그런 옵션이 있다면 체크인시 고객에게 물어보셨으면 좋겠습니다.
다행히 제가 말씀 드리자 새로운방으로 배정해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다.

The location is very convenient and certainly will return.
Pros:

Could use a bit more variety for breakfast choices.

Cons:

The third bed in our room was on the couch and it was not comfortable to sleep on.

Lovely hotel, if not a little short on space
Pros:

Beautiful, stylish and modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms.
Reception and general areas were great.

Cons:

Room was surprisingly small and the choice of furniture hurts the available space.
Two separate elevators also makes it annoying to traverse between the street and the rooms.
