Great friendly hotel with amenities to match and location.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent and a short walk from Gotanda Station which was a great stop on the JR Yamanote Line. Would stay here again.

Pros:

The view over the city from our room was amazing and location near Gotanda station made it super easy to get out around Tokyo while being in a quieter part of town.
It was super clean, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast (once we got our head around it) was great!

Cons:

The room was very compact, but once we figured out the storage under the bed (open suitcase) it made it much more functional.

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo
Pros:

Great location (central, but not too busy). Many options to eat - around or in the building. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice design

Cons:

The breakfast could also accommodate some more diversity beyond the Japanese and American cuisine. Was missing a good espresso.

Definitely returning for my next trip. The view in the room is stunning.
Pros:

Vibe of the property is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. Very clean. We were provided daily cleaning and fresh towels and rug.

Cons:

Not a fan of fabric couches. Wished there were flat sheets to cover to sleep on. Extra bed pillows are extra charge.

Posizione perfetta, vista dello Skyline di Tokyo da ogni stanza.
Design curato degli spazi comuni, molto piacevoli e funzionali. Staff preparato e professionale

Cons:

Stanza estremamente piccola di dimensioni, prezzo di molto al di sopra della qualità del servizio offerto

Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello e le camere hanno una vista meravigliosa. La posizione non è centrale quindi bisogna usare sempre la metro. Servizi nei paraggi e food court al piano terra.

Relief from flight
Pros:

Staff, Facilities, Room, all were great

Cons:

The sofa bed even with the roll out mattress was very hard. Would be great to have had it set up as a 3rd bed from arrival with proper mattress.

But in saying that, that was the only negative.
