Just my honest opinion - I would stay in another area of Tokyo that is a bit more lively with more choice of restaurants
Pros:

It was a nice hotel and good value for Tokyo

Cons:

The room was small for 4 people and we had to make up the kid’s beds ourselves and they were not very comfortable

不便なことが多すぎて、快適ではなかった。
食事の場所が少ないのに、電子レンジが1つしかなくて、大混雑だった。隣の部屋や、上の部屋からのドタドタした騒音がかなり響いてうるさかった。

Immer wieder!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war rundum hervorragend, vor allem die extrem leise Klimaanlage und der tolle Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage des Hotels in bahnhofsnähe in einem weniger touristischen Stadtteil war ideal und es gibt viele tolle Restaurant im direkten Umfeld.

Overall, a disappointing and overpriced stay, with pleasant staff and poor breakfast options.
Pros:

This hotel did not represent for me or my family the best of Japan. A very disappointing stay with money thrown out of the window. I liked the Lobby area and the view from the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience at the hotel was disappointing, particularly considering that I paid almost €1,000 for a four-day stay.
The breakfast was by far the biggest issue. I had paid for breakfast in advance, but the choice was very limited: Japanese onigiri or a basic American-style breakfast consisting mainly of inexpensive white pastries, one small sausage, a little piece of bacon, and a kind of egg mix that did not even appear to be particularly appetising. The fruit selection consisted only of canned pears in syrup. Having travelled through Central Japan for more than two weeks and enjoyed excellent breakfasts at all other hotels, this was a significant disappointment. I was left with unused breakfast vouchers that could neither be refunded nor used in any other way.
I discussed this with the manager, who was polite and explained that the hotel was considering alternatives but had limited space. Unfortunately, he was unable to offer any solution regarding the unused breakfast vouchers.
I was also unaware when making the booking that the hotel accommodates guests travelling with dogs. This became apparent during our stay when I saw a gentleman being given dog diapers at reception and subsequently encountered a dog accident on the carpet on the way to my room. I appreciate that this is not necessarily the hotel's fault, and the owner did make an attempt to clean the area by smudging it across the carpet in an attempt to clean it away. Nevertheless, it was not an especially pleasant experience and is something I would have preferred to know about before booking.
Finally, I found the location less appealing than other areas of Tokyo we visited and would choose a different area for a future stay.
I hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively. The staff were generally friendly, but given the price of the stay, I expected a considerably higher standard, particularly with regard to breakfast and the overall guest experience.

飯店距離地鐵站10分鍾路程- 如果是喜歡購物的旅客，建議要仔細評估這個距離、尤其這次住宿期間遇到下雨 走回飯店只有狼狽 可以形容。
Pros:

飯店很新、和室的設計 、 這個房型相對較為寬敞

Cons:

打掃不確實、垃圾沒有整理、使用過的杯子每天要自己清洗、對於號稱是星野集團體系的飯店、坦白說有失望。

Pros:

세 식구 이용하기에 좁지 않았어요.
엑스트라 베드가 있었지만(추가비용발생) 사용하지 않아도 되었네요.
화장실과 샤워실 분리로 여독을 풀기에도 좋아요.

Cons:

선반위 면지 청소가 덜 되어 있는점이나 침구 먼지 발생이 조금 아쉬웠네요.
그래도 재방문 합니다.
