日本真的太棒了 再次滿足了我的靈魂
Pros:

飯店剛成立3年左右 硬體非常新
位置在橫濱車站旁 從羽田機場搭乘京急電鐵約40分鐘可抵達
搭地鐵移動非常便利 多鐵共構
往北 30~40分鐘可到東京蛋黃區 涉谷 新宿 淺草 等等
往南 15~20分鐘可到中華街 紅瓦屋
飯店本身就有咖啡廳 以及很有水準的日料餐廳
共3個客用電梯 非常快速 且和一般民眾的電梯分開 較不雜亂
周邊就有百貨 數不清的餐廳 一大堆東西可以逛和吃
房間很乾淨 空調超安靜 溫度調整也很準確 冰箱也很安靜
衛浴的水壓強 熱水來很快 吹風機風很強
免治馬桶的型號 是靠近就會自動開蓋
大完便可以直接走開 會自己蓋上蓋子沖水 哈哈哈
房內備品該有的都有 雖然沒有提供礦泉水
但房內的水龍頭 有告示牌告知 是可以直接生飲的
也有和飯店人員確認過
自己連喝了4天 沒什麼異味 也沒有不適
人員都很有禮 也很熱心的協助 英文溝通都沒有問題
早餐是套餐式 可選擇中式或西式
西式有兩塊大方塊形的吐司 培根 蛋 小碗沙拉 但我是吃中式
中式有Q彈濕潤的白飯和味增湯和小碗沙拉 和主菜盤
主菜盤有五種可以選擇 我每天選一種 有滷東坡肉 咖哩雞腿肉 勾芡蝦仁 烤鰹魚 培根煎蛋
都很有水準!
選完套餐後 可以至自助吧 拿取他們很有水準的醃漬小菜 多種果汁 咖啡 好喝的棒茶
以及好吃的優格 質地會些微的拉絲 延展性很好 搭配他們3種果醬 讚讚
每天都可以打掃房間或是單純拿取毛巾並會掛在門口

Cons:

該飯店要從橫濱站西邊出口出來 之後可以從一樓走馬路過去 但會比較花時間 人潮也較雜
所以建議出站後 搭乘往二樓的電扶梯 然後走二樓的連通道過去
要注意方向 連通道走錯方向的話 會走到別間百貨
走對方向約2分鐘之後 會看到一個地方又有小的 只能容納單人寬度的電扶梯
再繼續搭乘那個電扶梯到4樓 就能進入飯店的自動門
但是一進去自動門後 會讓人困惑
因為是個小走廊 走廊上有一間Aveda 走廊的盡頭是間咖啡廳
要進入咖啡廳 走到蛋糕展示櫃 接著往左轉 可以看到有小小的牌子寫著櫃檯
櫃檯是藏在牆邊的小缺口裡 也太複雜難找了吧～
我已經是很聰明 方向感很好 很細心 做任何事都會先做功課的人
也花了些時間走到那裡 然後一度困惑 飯店大廳到底在哪呀～～
總之大家可以挑戰看看 還蠻有意思的
我相信大部分的旅客 尤其是長輩 或是方向感不好 反應較慢的人 會找很久
而且還有一些小地方我沒細說 因為怕越講越複雜
我應該已經是目前網路上描述的最仔細的人了

房內枕頭有兩種高度的羽絨枕 但高的那個我覺得比較死硬 低的那個太軟太塌
若有記憶枕 或 顆粒枕 或 乳膠枕 就太棒了
早餐雖然很有水準 但是份量較少 自助吧選擇性也較少
很有日本的精神 精緻 小巧
比較不適合食量較大 或是習慣吃西方飲食的人
房間沒電鈴 也不是插卡式送電
玄關也沒有一鍵操控所有燈光的開關
所以每次還是要至床頭櫃 開關所有的房間燈
洗手台的定位感覺較靠牆 位置較深一些 所以洗臉時可能腰會比較施力
該型號免治馬桶大完便 感應到使用者起身後 會自動關上蓋子並沖水
如果沒有使用免治馬桶內的水柱沖屁股 而是站起身使用衛生紙擦屁股的方式
會發生擦屁股到一半 結果蓋子自動蓋下並沖水
你就只能站在那等馬桶沖完水 然後一手拿著剛擦完屁股的髒衛生紙
另一手要去按旁邊的開蓋開關 並把髒衛生紙丟入馬桶
然後繼續把屁屁擦乾淨 都擦乾淨後
最後還要再沖一次水 把衛生紙沖掉
但是若一開始使用馬桶內水柱 把屁屁沖洗乾淨再起身離開 就不會有我說的這些問題
這時候有人會問了 為什麼你不用免治馬桶的水柱把屁屁沖洗乾淨呢?
因為畢竟那是多人使用的馬桶 噴嘴會累積許多的細菌及髒汙
所以我出門在外會使用衛生紙擦屁股
續住客人若連續3天都掛勿擾牌 沒有打掃房間 只拿取毛巾
飯店會強制進入打掃！
但我相信他們有他們的考量
避免多天累積的髒污 造成客人退房後不好清理 甚至危害到房內的硬體
也能在客人退房前 檢查客人有無做出違規行為 破壞了房間的樣貌
像是抽煙 染髮 撞壞電視螢幕 等等
但對於注重隱私的客人 以及像我是有潔癖的客人
不喜歡別人碰到自己的東西
且東西的擺放 使用方式 都有自己的準則
因此我每次住飯店都掛勿擾牌
但這次被迫將就飯店的規則了

離橫濱車站很近，方便轉車。房間維持的很乾淨，打掃的很認真。房間空間也很大，有兩個洗手台，浴室也是乾淨，沒有水垢，整個房間都香香的，真的很滿意👍

(口コミには行きにくい等書いてる方もいましたが、西口を出て
エスカレーター上がり
ニューマンの中を通り
そのまままっすぐいけばすぐです)

ロビーに本があったり(本が好きなので)
鉄道関連の本も多くて良かったです
流石相鉄さんですね

シティーベーカリーがあるのも良かったです

お部屋はスタンダードダブルから
スーペリアダブルにアップグレードしてくれていたので
シャワーだけでなく
浴槽もついていて良かったです

おトイレが別なのが嬉しかったです

清潔にお掃除もしてあり
快適でした

朝食は4階にある酢重で食べました
こちらも、美味しかったです



スタッフの方も親切でした

外国からの方が多くて
対応忙しそうでしたね

Excellent quality accommodation in a great location at a value price
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent being within short walking distance to the main Yokohama Station and shopping precinct. Its surrounded by numerous food venues that gives excellent choice. Desk staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast better suits Asian cuisine and the bed was very firm and the pillows too small and hard. The television had almost no English content and the air conditioner no English labels making it difficult to operate properly.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet.
Pros:

This hotel is close to the train station , shopping and restaurants. The service was excellent.

There was not an American shower just a Japanese bathtub and was difficult to get in and out of.
