very efficient and practical
Pros:

Location is excellent. There are so many and a good variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Luggage keeping after checkout is very genial here.

Cons:

It took just 5 minutes' walk from Yokohama JR station but the route might be complex for the new comer. If you are accustomed, you can get there through the shopping malls without going outside. It's good when rainy and stormy.

Best toilet of our entire trip.

Perfect location near the heart of Yokohama. Lots of room to spread your things out.
Get a room with a bathtub, and use the hotel's free bath salts - so relaxing after a day out and about!

Love the room, but too big a challenge to lug luggage from YCAT bus stop.
Pros:

We like the room layout with the shower/tub in its' own room, and the toilet in it's own room.
The location to Yokohama station is very good.
We also like that a bakery is in the lobby area and that a very good Sushiro is on the first floor.

Cons:

The challenge is that if you come by Keikyu YCAT bus from Haneda airport, It is a far distance to walk with your luggage. The hotel is also hard to find from this or the other YCAT bus terminal.
We once tried the taxi and the taxi driver took us to the other Sotetsu hotel which wasted time and money.
Unless, this portion of the trip is made easier, I don't think we will be staying here again.
