Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and 2 years in place. But the entrance is difficult to find and also not easy for taxi drivers.
Please install more signs that there is a hotel and yes this is the right entrance to get to the reception.

It is a high building with 20 or more floors and on the ground level it has restaurants and shops. There is no sigh at the side entrance next to the restaurant but it is the right way, just go up with the elevator to the highest public floor, there is the entrance to the hotel and reception.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent and very kind. I loved all of it.

Cons:

Not finding the entrance, seeing the taxi driver to not know. Kindly he asked 3 people and one confirmed that even though there was no sign at the side entrance this was the right door.

Modern hotel in a good location
Pros:

Great location near the station. Good shopping malls and restaurants options.
Comfortable room and very nice bathroom

Ok for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Modern, clean

Cons:

Room felt cramped. Didn’t like all the automation- self check in and out, using lockers to store luggage after checkout. Although it worked fairly efficiently it also felt impersonal.

Spacious hotel with bakery cafe
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Having a bakery/cafe in the hotel lobby was very handy with great coffee and pastries etc.
Close to the train station.

Cons:

Hard to find - especially at street level as there is little signage. Once we found the elevated walkway that went into the station shopping centre it was fine but information about this and some signage would be very helpful.
There was also some noise from the trains as the lines went nearby.
