Nic3uoscale hotel convenient to the train and Haneda express train.
Pros:

Very convenient to the train. Breakfast was good. Nice hotel. City bakery was good. I liked the design.

Cons:

Wou,d have enjoyed a Japanese bath. Took some figuring out as to how to get in since it is on the 4 th floor.

すべてにおいて素晴らしい
Pros:

横浜駅からほぼ直通

部屋も十分な広さがあり、トイレと浴室が別で、バスタブも大きくて快適。蛇口をひねるだけでちょうどいい温度のお湯が出るようにあらかじめ調節されている。タオルもアメニティーも十分にお部屋に備え付けてある。

トイレは入るとセンサーで、自動的にトイレの蓋が開き、便器の中の小さなライトが点灯するので夜中に起きる時でもトイレの電気をつけなくても使用ができてうれしい。

部屋に入るときにルームキーを差し込まないと電気がつかないビジネスホテルがほとんどだが、ここはそういうシステムではなく外出中でも空調や電気はそのまま付いている。空気清浄機加湿器も最初から部屋に装備されている。
また、館内の水が全てフィルターされているのでそのまま飲める。また肌にもいいし、髪の毛もサラサラになる。

部屋にセイフティーボックスがある。
全てにおいてワンランク上でゲストの快適さ使いやすさを十分に考慮した設計になっている。

枕が、硬さの違うものが合計5個おいてあり自分の好きなものを選べる。

周辺に飲食店などがたくさんある。

Cons:

ランドリーを使うときに500円玉と1000円札が使用不可能で100円玉で600円必要だったが持っていなくて、両替機もなく困った。後でフロントに聞いたらフロントの横に外貨エクスチェンジと両替機があると言う事だったが、ランドリールームにその旨の説明があるとよかったと思う。

Pros:

周辺の飲食店が選び放題でたのしい！なのよりエントランスにカフェ併設が最高でした。ロッカーが充実していて預け荷物も安心できました。

Cons:

一緒に泊まる友人をただ待ちたいだけなのに、
カフェ併設な事もあって座席の空きがないのが辛い

Pros:

The location is fabulous once you find the right exits 😂
Service was impeccable and everyone I sought help from are very helpful.

The room I booked was a big one since I'm alone with a huge luggage, and I'm happy with the separate toilet and bathroom (bathroom was huge & the toilet bowl control panel has more buttons than I usually see 🤣)

The clothes hanging area is huge as it's open concept and has a long rod for clothes hanging.

Also very happy with the built-in stand/cupboard as my 30 inches luggage could stay open there for the 4 nights I stayed, and I didn't have to specially request for a foldable luggage stand 😂

Cons:

How the reception is on level 3 or 4.
Whenever I do go back late at night, it feels that "safety" is too far.

Cleanliness mostly impeccable except for a few strands of hair around the room.

The entire experience is still awesome as a whole, so I can overlook these negatives 😂

Pros:

お部屋がとても清潔で綺麗でした。下にあるカフェのメニューも全部美味しくて、全てのスタッフの方もとても感じが良かったと思います。

Cons:

よく無かった点ということではないのですが、７階に宿泊しましたが、もう少し上の方のお部屋を選べたら良かったと思いました。

とても良かった。
Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗で嬉しかった。横浜駅にも徒歩5分と近いのにこの値段でこのクオリティなのは凄いと思った。
ホテル内もおしゃれで視界も楽しかった。
