Pros:

The location is ok in the winter but not for the summer since it is a bit far from Tennoji station. It might be tough to
walk under the hot weather. I like a big bath and the staff. The bed is so comfortable and I appreciate the free soap in the laundry room!

Cons:

I felt that the breakfast was a bit expensive.

My 3 Nights in Tennoji
Pros:

Great location. Very close to Tennoji Station and everything you need. The hotel staffs were very helpful and polite despite language barrier. They have luggage service, smoking room, pay per breakfast and laundry machines which is useful to me. If you want easy access to the station, this hotel's location is perfect. Convenient stores are just a few steps away.

Cons:

I had two luggages. 1 big backpack and a pretty heavy suitcase. I was surprised I had to carry them by myself to the 9th floor. Of course there's an elevator, but I hope in the future the hotel can help guests bring their luggages to the room.
