Pros:

The area is just 5mins away to shin sai bashi suji shopping street. 10mins away to dotonbori. Many restaurants nearby and 711. Love the area of the hotel.

Cons:

The comforter have a little smell and the carpet.

Not much. The room and location were as advertised. Otherwise an unpleasant experience

Cons:

Very unwelcoming and no staff on site. In fact no welcome at all. We made a very normal and straightforward request and the response was in part “we don’t have any staff so you will have to make your own arrangements.” There was an apology, as if that makes up for no assistance. The phone help line has recorded messages and all enquiries or requests for assistance must go through a messaging system. The check in requires passports to be uploaded into the hotel website which goes against all advice for protection of identity. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.

Pros:

The ameneties were complete. 2-3min walk from Nagaharobashi station

Cons:

Theres some stains on the carpet. Location a bit far 10-12 min walk from Shinsaibashi station. Just lay out of the room a bit too crowded for me.

Pros:

非常喜歡這次的房型，而且真的離心齋橋地鐵都常近，出去還有三種不同超商也都在附近，太熱可以走地下街，這次有嘗試接機因為有合作所以便宜滿多的，廁所浴室分開不互相打擾，如果下次還要去住附近，會想在入住這間。

酒店的位置和心斋桥距离适中，很方便的同时又不太吵，临近大路旁晚上有车声，但是隔音还不错，可以接受。入住5天没有遇到什么问题，总体好评。

Cons:

电梯门打开后，电梯内的监控摄像头可以清晰看到住户住在哪一间房，我们等电梯时看到过几次，而且显示有些住户平时门都没锁，这有些暴露隐私了，不太安全，建议后期改善。

心斎橋、難波観光にピッタリです
Pros:

立地がとても良く、周辺に飲食店やコンビニなどもあり、観光やショッピングに便利でした。

お部屋は清潔感があり、女性でも安心して過ごせる雰囲気でした。必要な設備も揃っていて、ホテルというより自分の部屋のように落ち着いて過ごせたのが良かったです。

特に、観光でたくさん歩いた後にゆっくり休めたのが嬉しかったです。心斎橋周辺での滞在を考えている方にはおすすめです。

また大阪に行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。
