A pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. The fact that there was an elevator directly to the Crysta Mall and Subway station right in front of the main entrance was awesome. It's also walking distance from Dotonbori. The hotel sits right beside a Yoshinoya too, which I took full advantage of.

Pros:

Rooms were very tidy, spacious for japan, great to have a washing machine although the dryer wasn’t great for drying clothes in winter, staff on the online chat were helpful and location was good for catching trains close by. Great place to stay if you want the busy city life of Osaka.

Cons:

Unstaffed hotel meant no where safe to leave bags on checkout day so we ended up paying for an extra night, rubbish was left outside our door for a day from the neighbours checking out, being a main road in Osaka the road noise at night was loud especially on weekends but I guess that’s what you would expect in Osaka.

地點超棒 環境衛生都很好 搭車 逛街步行都很近 有簡單廚房 煎煎和牛 洗洗草莓 都很方便
Pros:

整體的設備廚房 洗衣機 空間 地點 都很滿意

Cons:

位置剛好在大馬路邊 所以半夜路邊有人臨停或違停的車 警察會響聲音趕人 我自己覺得還行 但有人不能接受所以住宿有耳塞能自取 算還行

Pros:

Room is big, near to train station and walking distance to Shinsaibaishi shopping streets. Value for money and comes with all necessities. We’re able to wash our clothes daily with the washing machine that was provided, thus saving our time to do it when we’re back to our country.

Cons:

The pillow is too soft and if replacement towels are available at no cost, that would be even better.
