次回も積極的に利用するかというと避けるだろうが、ひとつベンチマークにはなった
Pros:

人数が少ないためか、フロントが留守になることがあるようだが、直ぐに戻ってきて対応いただいたため、不快感は全くなかった。対応も丁寧。

Cons:

ロケーションに難あり。歓楽街のど真ん中。呑んだくれて寝るだけorカップルがそういう目的で利用するのであればうってつけではあるが、そうでない限り無料案内所に囲まれ、富山駅からも離れたこの宿泊先は、価格にメリットを見出さない限り一般的には避けるだろう。今回は男性1名、かつ、翌朝から市南部で予定があったため、このロケーションが功を奏した。
なお、建物・設備は老朽化が進んでいるものの、小綺麗にされており滞在にあたり不快感はなかった。

お値打ちに宿泊できました。
Pros:

富山駅から徒歩10分くらいのところにあり観光にも便利だと思います。また周辺には飲食店などがたくさんあり困ることはありません。

Cons:

設備やアメニティ、歓楽街の中にあるという場所を気にする方は避けた方がよいかも…
