最高の思い出になりました！
Pros:

人数が多く２部屋取ったのですが、間違えて一部屋大人一人、もう一部屋残りの人数にしてしまっていたみたいで
二度手間になってしまったのに嫌な顔一つせず急遽お布団を移動して頂きました。
従業員のみなさんとても優しく親切でした。

Très beau séjour sur le mont Fuji!
Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné.

Cons:

Ce qui n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais les transports en commun étaient défaillants. Alors nous avons payé une fortune en Uber.

A must try traditional Japanese style hotel
Pros:

Beautiful front garden, nice curry, comfy tatami beds and great location, close to the lake and shops.
Staffs are helpful and friendly, and the hotel provides sufficient information and instructions for making bed and preparing Japanese breakfast. The public bath is so relaxing, what a nice treatment after a long day.

Cons:

Quiet neighbourhood after ~5:30pm so make sure to make bookings for your dinner.

お得で良いホテル
Pros:

場所も分かりやすく、スタッフの対応、清潔感は良かったです、
浴場も朝6時から利用出来たので便利でした
お風呂上がりの無料アイスもありがたかったです

Cons:

部屋に設置している空調機が弱く温度が余り下がらない為、窓を開けて換気扇を付けた所、音が大きく気になり使えませんでした、夜になればかなり涼しいのですが
日中は厳しい日もあるかもしれません

This was our favorite place in Japan so far! Great location, the best staff, and lovely onsen!
Pros:

The location was perfect- we had a lake-view room and were less than 1 block from the lake shore, the swan cruise, the pedal boats, and 2 blocks from 711 combini and other cafes and restaurants. It’s easy to rent bikes from the lobby. The staff thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, including umbrellas we could borrow, coffee available all day, free ice cream (!), and all the amenities in the onsen. We loved the onsen experience- it was almost always just my family, so it was very peaceful and quiet with a lovely garden view. Great to have experienced Japanese sleeping arrangements with comfortable floor mats, a traditional breakfast, and an easy dinner option right in the lobby.
The staff was exceptionally sweet and funny and super helpful. They seemed to really care about our experience there and made us feel almost as though we were guests in their home. Would love to stay here again!
