Prático e econômico
Pros:

Tudo muito limpo, localização excelente e o desconto de 20% na padaria Olga foi muito bom.

Cons:

Infelizmente as paredes são muito finas e se uma chave cai no quarto ao lado você consegue escutar perfeitamente. Fomos acordados pela manhã com o barulho de uma furadeira e marteladas que tremiam toda a parede, pois estavam fazendo algum tipo de reparo no quarto ao lado mas não fomos informados a respeito.

Very good value for what it offers. Nice neighborhood and very nice to have a parking spot

Os quartos são modestos, mas limpos. Os lençóis são limpos, assim como as toalhas.

Cons:

O atendimento do balconista ficou devendo. Precisa saber tratar melhor o cliente. Não havia sabonete disponível. Parece-me que é uma política do estabelecimento. Contudo, a camareira foi muito gentil e atenciosa. Além do mais, o quarto em que fiquei era barulhento.

Pros:

A localização é excelente. Achei a forma de check-in/check-out bem prática.
Elogio a oferta de estacionamento, visto que se trata de um local com bastante movimento em Ponta Negra.
O quarto é organizado e relativamente espaçoso. O banheiro me serviu bem.

Cons:

Apesar da localização, tive problema com o isolamento acústico do quarto, visto que havia som ao vivo em restaurantes próximo e dava pra ouvir tudo, prejudicando meu sono.
É uma hospedagem, como o próprio nome diz, econômica. Não vá esperando conforto absoluto.
