Great hotel!
Pros:

It was a decent 3 day stay.
Pros:

The customer service was great! The front desk staff as well as the staff during breakfast were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well!

Cons:

The cleanliness. The first room we had the tub/shower was not cleaned all the way. We were moved to another room where the shower wasn’t much better and they’re was a huge red stain on the floor right beside the bed. We found a piece of trash beside the bed.

Room wasn’t clean!
Pros:

Nice pool & yummy breakfast!

Cons:

The door was difficult to open! Fruit was under sink in bathroom, candy under table between beds, coffee spilled on counter, & pull out sofa-bed was dirty! We told front desk, but no one came to clean! We could not get a price reduction because we used a third party to book & the hotel was full so we couldn’t change rooms!

Will not be staying at any Holiday Inns for a long while.
Pros:

Didn’t get a chance to stay there.

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower, paid in full, 2 months before the trip. Got there and was told the room wasn’t available and that the people before me in the room had extended their stay. Drove 6 an a half hours to find out I didn’t have a room. Then I had to find another hotel but was charged more than what I had already paid.
