Breakfast was great. Checkout at 12 is great

Cons:

It was incredibly dirty. There were random things on the floor by the window. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting. Our room key didn't work for the door until 3rd try every time

Decent hotel, hot breakfast, FREEZING cold pool in cold room
Pros:

Afternoon front desk check in woman was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

I was chastised about one of my kids not wearing shoes to breakfast. Woman was rude and grumpy and stated, "I know there's no sign but there should be. You all need shoes on because that's a health code violation." Not having a sign is the violation - your guests aren't the ones responsible. Please talk to staff about their tone of voice. We complied immediately.
Pool was absolutely FREEZING around 70 degrees, and the room was air conditioned. My kids hated the temp and it was so cold you couldn't get used to it.
