預定房間數量比較多時，還是希望櫃檯人員能協助配好房
Pros:

房間及環境都很乾淨，有浴缸，有暖氣，距離地鐵站算近約5分鐘路程，有免費早餐（多種麵包、2種湯品、果汁咖啡茶），有洗衣房，自助報到，整體CP值高，住10晚還送1晚

Cons:

我們在booking預定了4間房，有大人，有小孩，有單人，當天check in時本來是臨櫃想請櫃檯幫我們配房，但櫃檯人員還是請我們去報到機check in，因為不熟悉報到機使用方式及不知如何配房，導致2位成人配到單人房，又因為語言講不清，導致多付了價差3000日元，如果在操作報到機能有櫃檯人員協助，或是櫃檯人員可以直接check in配房，就不會衍生配錯房多繳錢的問題了。除此之外，其他部分都很好。

出張なら十分。もう少し駅近だとありがたい。歩道が工事もあり、ガタガタで荷物が引っ張りにくくてちょっと困った。
Pros:

朝食のメニュー、量、種類の多さ、そして連泊してもスープやパンの種類が違ってとても良かった。
部屋の広さも十分だった。

Cons:

ヘアブラシがなかった。ロビーにもなくてちょっと困った．初日にはスキンケア物品もロビーになかった。
