ＴＶの大きさにびっくり
Pros:

「ＴＶはテーブルの上にある」という
先入観があってベッドに座った瞬間
ＴＶが無い部屋？と焦りました。
ホテルで家と同じくらいの
サイズは初めての経験でした。

Cons:

カーテンを開けたら隣のビル（ホテル？）
の窓だった。

Pros:

持参した服薬を紛失してしまいました
帰宅後残りの薬を飲んだのですが、ホテルから
大切な薬の忘れ物があったと連絡がありました
心のこもった対応がとても嬉しかったです

Convenient and clean stay
Pros:

Clean and very close to the hotel. The new waterfall shower design was a nice added touch. Close to everything including the station, which is just a short walk away. The adjustable lighting system was really good and handy to customise the lighting. The breakfast wasn't bad, really liked the juices and soups.

Cons:

Not much other than I thought it was a bit pricey compared to other places.

朝食のサンドウィッチ珍しくて食べやすかったし移動するにはとても便利でした
Pros:

名古屋駅から近く利便性が良い割にはリーズナブルな値段　チェックインには早い時間だったが荷物だけ預けようと思ったらチェックインさせてもらえて助かりました

Cons:

シャワーがなかなか適温にならず適温になるまで暫く時間がかかった点だけ残念でした

快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

部屋も設備も新しく、とても清潔で快適に過ごせた。
朝食は自室に持って帰って食べることもでき、とても良かった。

Cons:

スタッフさんの1人（男性）。
預けていた荷物をフロントに取りに行った際に、荷物を取りに来た旨を伝えたが終始無言でした。。
荷物を渡す時もすごく小さな声で何か言っていたが、全く聞こえませんでした。
他のゲストに対しても同じく無言でした。

喉を痛めているのかもと思ったのですが、電話では普通に話していたので、そういうわけではなさそうです。
