Pra respirar paga... o café não incluso eu já sabia, mas até o estacionamento precisava pagar. Uma estadia que seria 270,00 iria para 350,00 com café + estacionamento.

atendimento entrada e a parte de alimentação já foi melhor mais organizada, demora para repor os alimentos, mas mesmo assim continuo a me hospedar aí, em breve estarei novamente

Cons:

Recebi três e-mails prévios do Ibis para informar dados que eu já havia passado aqui no booking. Respondi e preenchi todos, calmamente, mesmo sendo duplicidade. No dia da viagem recebi WhatsApp do hotel pedindo os mesmos dados, tirei tempo da minha viagem para responder.. Quando cheguei no local para check in tive que preencher tudo de novo pois não estava mo sistema.

Falta transparência em relação a cobrança de estacionamento!

Tanto no site quanto no quarto existe informação que o estacionamento é gratuito, porém na saída fui cobrado por 2 diárias de estacionamento. Questionado atendente respondeu q é só para quem tem fidelidade, estranho porque não diz nada disso nem no quarto nem no site. Paguei para não me incomodar, mas não retornarei mais.
