The location and the room.

We stayed here for two nights before we returned to Canada. The room was comfortable but a little tight for space. The bathroom was really small and the toilet seat was not very big and very close to the wall. The pictures on Booking.com seemed to make the bathroom look much bigger than it was. Liked the high water pressure (all the shower heads in Japan offered very powerful water sprays!). Beds were comfortable and room was clean, but it was not very roomy. At least you could slide your suitcases under the beds, which freed up room on the floor. Staff was very kind and friendly, and they spoke English decently. Appreciated the washer and dryer accessibility, and the availability to hold your luggage until you checked in. The hotel location is right on a main highway. Some reviews said it was noisy, but we were not bothered by the traffic, and it did not seem that noisy to us. The hallways are partially outside, so it has a motel feel to it. Close proximity to convenient stores, restaurants, shops and within a 10 minute walk to a train station where you could easily get to the Tokyo or Narita stations. Zoo and museum were close; only a 15 minute walk away.

位置非常理想，距離御徒盯站/上野站走路大約都5-8分鐘即可到達，且鄰近阿美橫盯，吃東西買東西都非常方便

Location was great, just a few steps from Ueno station and Ueno restaurants area. I appreciated that they kept our luggages until the check-in time, which was 3PM. It was also a nice touch to offer tea and coffee in the lobby. Staff was welcoming and kind. I will be honest, the room is tiny but it has everything you need.
Special note: be mindful that it is nearly impossible to have 2 big luggages open on the floor at the same time. This was NOT a problem for us but it might be for other travellers.

地理位置方便，環境也乾淨，一樓也有免費的咖啡，有洗衣機烘衣機，備品也是看個人需求拿取，特別的是有6種不同的泡澡粉可以選擇，櫃檯英文 中文 日文都能通，但還是需要看當時櫃檯是誰

台風のため翌日出かけるのが大変なのでホテルを予約しました。とりあえず泊まれてよかったです
