Ótimo custo-benefício e localização.
Pros:

O quarto é muito pequeno para o padrão brasileiro e de outros lugares que já fui, porém entendi que é um padrão japonês, principalmente em Tokyo.
A cama e o travesseiro eram confortáveis. O chuveiro era bom. Só senti falta de um box, ao invés de uma cortina.
A localização é excelente. 180 metros da estação de metro que liga a cidade inteira.
Muitos restaurantes e conveniências bem próximas.
