Important information:

Please, note the all rooms are non smoke, failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of R$900.

Restaurant Charlo is open for breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, for lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and for dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, except on Sundays and holidays.

The Boulangerie is open on monday to friday from 07h00 AM to 19h00 PM and saturday to sunday 08h00 AM to 16h30 PM.

The Sarau Bar operates from Tuesday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 01:00 AM, and Friday & Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

1 small pet is allowed in the apartment. Please note that there is a pet fee for accommodations of R$950.00 *per stay*.

It is very important that all guests sign the liability waiver and present an updated vaccination card at the time of check-in.

Please note that use of service will incur an additional charge of 5%, per stay.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

What is working :
1-very inspiring and relaxing environment and design language, filled with beuitiful ferniture and art details
2- availability of several hip places to have a Breakfast, a Night Bar which looks more like a speakeasy, and a more traditional restaurant
3- well equipped Gym with very fresh equipment and enough space , and relatively accessible spa facility ( pool, dry sauna, Hammam ) , Very good massage specialists
4- Great Bartenders, the night bar is the place where thing tend to work super well and in symphony, the drinx are creative with a Flair, service is sharp yet friendly, food is well plated, music is the right loudness ! Everything is super well curated
5- great reception area without reception which blends the boundaries and makes the space less formal
6- Bakery is a Great spot with very fresh and diverse selection and Menu

Cons:

What could be an opportunity:
1- the swimming pool area has a strong chemical odor - due to the disinfectant used
2-the stuff tend to be little disoriented, although super friendly and trying best to Help
3- the rooms have a very creative design twists and details and its definitely made within a concept - yet sometimes the execution of certain things looks low quality ( Specially when you look into the way for example the tiles and any other construction and interior design details are stuck and glued together, it was done in a hurry and some technical dust in some places still needs some cleaning
4- personally I felt like the payed breakfast at the so called "chacha" bakery is much better than the breakfast at the restaurant - Perhpas the hotel can propose it as an option in the morning
