Esperava bem mais!!!
Cons:

O atendimento de modo geral foi ruim, minha primeira experiencia com vocês no ano passado, superou minhas expectativas.
Mas essa ultima, foi bem frustrante.
Os funcionarios não estão engajados para oferecer a melhor experiencia para o cliente.
Até a mala tive que carregar e colocar na van, para ir para o aeroporto.
O maior descaso do rapaz (motorista) que me levou, parecia estar me fazendo um favor.

Hospedagem de alto padrão
Pros:

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito completo iniciando as 5 da manhã, quarto enorme e com ótimo layout, cama confortável, silencioso, muito próximo do aeroporto com transfer a qualquer momento, é só solicitar.
