Great location for anyone going to the Pantanal
Pros:

The location about 2 minute walk away from Cuiaba airport makes this a really easy place to get to from the airport

Cons:

When I first checked in I was given a key to someone else’s room. When I pointed this out the staff were quick to resolve but it was an issue I would rather not have experienced

Cons:

Uma situação que ocorreu e necessito relatar: Minha filha solicitou à noite, meio copo de água quente para fazer um chá no restaurante, estava febril. Foi cobrado por essa porção de água. Não me refiro ao valor irrelevante, apenas a forma que elimina a relação de fidelidade e consideração que deve perdurar. Sou cliente do hotel desde sua inauguração, não vou para nenhum outro. Sou também um prestador de serviços, essa cobrança desnecessária causa desconforto, traduz apenas o lado comercial, em segundo plano fica a relação de fidelidade hóspede / hotel. Espero que levem em consideração esse detalhe que vale muito. Grato.

Very nice for an airport hotel- 5 minute direct walk or 5 minute round about drive.
Pros:

Great buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big shopping mall and grocery store easy walking distance.

Cons:

Street is busy, but rooms away from the street were very quiet.

It was sensational and completely comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean, organized and convenient to the airport, mall, rental car and grocery store. Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Excelente opção próximo ao aeroporto
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável. Excelente escolha para quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto. O café inicia às 5:00 o que é ótimo para quem tem voo cedo. Na minha estadia não deu para ir ao rooftop, por ser segunda-feira, o restaurante que dá acesso a ele estava fechado.
Ao lado do hotel tem um Shopping.

Pros:

Quartos amplos e limpos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Camas são emendadas, deixando um vão no meio. Chuveiro estava péssimo, reclamei mas não fui atendida. Controle da TV não funcionava. Na noite que cheguei não tinha serviço de rim service da cozinha e o restaurante no terraço estava tendo evento, ou seja, não tinha o que comer.
