Stay was ok
Pros:

Location was good. Food was good. Staff very cordial.

Cons:

We were given the 11th flr and restaurant is on 12th flr so there was too much noise from the top floor. Also, there was construction going on outside the hotel and the windows are not sound proof. Couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Really enjoyed it stayed for 13 days and felt like home. I would definitely recommend it and will be back.

Very clean the rooms are very nice and spacious. The food in the restaurant was excellent for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Pros:

Property failed to mention Amenities are not available Every Monday (it's their weekly off). For the price we paid for Club room with no amenities it is better stay at other hotels like Radisson or Marriott. if you are planning to check in on Monday for amenities avoid it. Property should clearly mention this on booking or give option to cancel n refund.

Pros:

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very child friendly hotel with a game zone with a soft play area for children.

All the staff are absolutely stars they helped throughout our stay. From bell desk, to game zone and restaurant.

Especially during dinner all the staff in the restaurant kept my twins entertained and busy while we tried to eat.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

We were easily able to get around by rickshaw to all the places we wanted to visit. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The restaurant on the 12th floor was very nice and food choices were great. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a reasonable and comfortable stay.
